after reading the title of this i thought he did have that one fight and his name is Lomachenko and Gary lost... lol

Russell Jr. had that fight and he is one of the best but Loma beat him handily. Later when asked if he wanted a rematch with Loma he replied " as his last fight before retiring he wanted Loma". That sounds a lot like I really don't want to lose again.
