This fella never stops spouting rubbish when it's all of his own making.

Russell Jr. had that fight and he is one of the best but Loma beat him handily. Later when asked if he wanted a rematch with Loma he replied " as his last fight before retiring he wanted Loma". That sounds a lot like I really don't want to lose again.

Gary Russell Jr is a good name to add in anyone's resume. So why did Leo Santa Cruz ducked Russell? What exactly is he looking for?

some boxers are like that one co-worker who comes in to work, does the bare minimum to not get fired and collect a check. not all boxers are chasing greatness, some are just here to collect a check and are happy fighting once a year or every other year.

Lomachenko was your career-defining fight Champ! You need a rematch, or you'll never be "The Best!" However, beating Tank would make you "One of the best!" Same with Shakur Stevenson! If he beats Valdez for that WBC title @ 130, you need to go get those straps at 130!

It's been difficult for Gary Russell Jr. to find even a willing opponent during a lengthy WBC featherweight title reign coming up on seven years.
