No, I don't believe PBC is getting a return of their investment on Alvarez. Youtube vids made by African Americans say PBC has not been doing well financially. They also suggest things like some of their fighters like Ruiz, Helenius are being wooed to fight on ESPN as replacement for Whyte. Also things like Haymon owing Floyd millions of dollars.

Bob Arum did mention Helenius and Ruiz in case Whyte rejects their offer for the Fury fight.
Which just means to me these guys are ready and have no problem crossing the street.
Bits and pieces like these put some things in perspective.

It just seems like Spence fighting Crawford would be more lucrative than fighting Ugas or Thurman. Who else does Spence have to make big money? Ugas isn't popular. Thurman is old news. Did promoters forget how to promote? And what is Crawford's promotional status?

It could very well be Pbc negotiating through the media to lower Crawford’s singing demands. Let’s not force everything into a pre conceived narrative.

what If Crawford doesn’t sign, would that indicate to you he doesn’t want the fight?
If Crawford doesn't sign for the reason you just stated (PBC negotiating through the media to lower Crawford's demands) then I'd understand. It's already been revealed that he made what, close to $6M for the Porter fight? I can't imagine him taking anything less....especially when he's still considered a top tier fighter and opponent for Spence (whose status we aren't sure about).

These guys are professionals but I'm looking at Spence as more and more of a coward nowadays because of that dumb smirk and his excuse about Crawford being "on the other side of street."

Answer this....isn't Spence doing the SAME **** he clowned Keith Thurman for doing? This man won the IBF title then went on to unify with the WBC. As SOON as he unified, here comes the injury (car crash- his fault) coupled with a what....a 14-month layoff? Then as soon as he signs to face Manny...in comes another injury (the eye) and another year out of the ring. Didn't Keith disappear after he unified with Danny? Spence has held TWO titles hostage this long and nobody utters a word?

Just let Spence get drunk and party with his loser rapper friends....he seems to be more interested in that than actually fighting nowadays. He makes appearances everywhere else but the ring or the negotiation table.

If anybody's taken the luster out of this fight, it's been Spence and PBC. Is Crawford out here partying, getting drunk, wrecking cars and injuring himself? Is he out here getting whooped in sparring causing significant injuries? We don't even know if this man is 100% but Crawford has to walk up with his hat in his hand and take the smaller cut of money???

          Embarrassing.....

Dude are you seriously blaming him for the car accident that occurred outside of training camp? That is crazy. but ok maybe you have an issue with dwi.

Then you’re angry he got injured in sparring? How do you blame him for that?

Just do t force everything into sore conceived narrative. You’re blaming Spence and Crawford hasn’t even decided to sign with pbc.

As a parting gift, Arum knowingly sabotaged PPV numbers and with that he may have ended Crawford's potential to reach all time status. I don't believe Terrance can with the case but I certainly understand why he is upset.
I agree with pretty much your entire assessment, but definitely not his. Playing the race card in the court requires robust evidence, and there simply isn't.

He should've just stated the facts and hope for the best. Identity politics have no place in our court system. He'll learn the hard way I guess.

The post was sacarsm and I agree, but that has nothing to do with his skin color though. This old fart has promoted some of the best black boxers in HISTORY.

Crying racism to a judge will simply distract from the merits of his case. When your legal team pales in comparison with his, stick to facts. Anything else will just hurt his chances of prevailing.

Crawford vs McKinson/Ortiz winner. Spence vs Ugas/Ennis winner

winner vs winner for the right to fight Connor Benn in 2031

That won't ever happen. They need at least a $6 mill guarantee IMO but I think they both think they're worth $10 mill or more each so the fight never happens fk it
