None of those were perceived threats besides A.J and Ruiz who many think won their fight .

Parker was offered the Joyce fight but fought Chisora again . A.J ,Joyce and Hrgovic would be guys perceived to defeat him ,A.J did .

      Will it?

I see it less about Ortiz or Parker or Ruiz and more like the IBF itself is not a respected belt due to which not many boxers would be lining up to be in line and become its champion. No wonder they have Hrgovic and Martin above Joshua, etc.

The money is too low for Hrgovic. We've known this for a while, at least since Michael Hunter.

Ok but if he did beat Hrgovic in an eliminator he'd then be in a position for a title shot that would make him a whole heap of money. At the end of the day he didn't think he'd win, so it's a duck.

Hrgovic is long and well schooled which is a bad matchup for short armed Parker but hes untested, maybe Parker could drown him late but yah if I was Higgins I might dodge that one too and hope to stay in the title shot picture or at least fight a bigger draw

The Hrgovic fight is gonna be there anytime and winning now would only mean another year on the sidelines waiting for the IBF mandatory shot.

                Filip ain't going nowhere fast.

A Joyce fight for bigger money and mandatory WBO shot makes more sense. If Parker loses he can always take the Hrgovic fight after like he did with Whyte after Joshua.

Parker v Ruiz or Whyte rematches to settle scores is a bigger draw than getting into an uneccesary pissing contest with Hrgovic at the moment.

Ruiz probably wants Wilder fight. What will Parker do than?

Yes, but all these guys have no problem fighting bums for low money.

Speaking of Hunter, his career is probably done. he ****** badly in his last fight. I don`t believe in this "I want to be WBA mandatory" sh.it.

Hunter got a good deal with Triller, regardless of who he fights. He absolutely made the right move.
