Some injuries & a couple KO losses to Washington & Duhaupus had me thinking he was done. I’d be ok with him getting a title shot.
Fury's next fight will be a non title shot apparently assuming the WBC thing doesn'tget resolved, so they'll go for the best boxer that's in it solely for a payday

Where is everyone getting these figures from whytes last two paydays from? Everywhere I’ve seen it says he made a lot more?

Warren is a fackin lying thieving kunt.
a fight purse split is not for that greedy kunt to decide who gets what, if whyte got 500000 for his last fight then, what did his opponent receive?
does fish face tell us that? Assuming what he says is true but you can’t trust a single word coming from his fackin hole.
10 million or ten fackin quid, a purse should be an even split. If the powers that be are persuaded by this kunt, it’s game over for anybody who ain’t a champion or public clown.
one kunt on here talked about marketing themselves, my question is, a man is a man of his own character, personality etc and this is supposed to be a gentleman’s sport. The theatrics and all that is just entertaining, it’s the fight that sells tickets plain and simple.
admittedly, if people take a disliking to a boxer the paying public may only wish to see that man lose and vice versa.
a fight is preceded, two men with even split. Any royalties or extras prior or following the fight would be subject to who wins of course.
you don’t get losers to go on and sign a sponsorship deal with a massive sporting brand for losing.
          Marketing does not win fights.
even split every time, 80/20 is one or both of two things, a massive risk of losing and/or plain ole greed.
think about it, if whyte loses, he walks away with 20% so the incentive for financial gain is not good. Warren and co will try to use this as a tool to make whyte turn away from it. If fury wins or loses he walks away with 80% ! Where’s the justification for that split? A title defence only to one man the same man and a string of fights against absolute nobodies is no justification for that kind of money over the other man.
it’s pure greed. A little while ago, he was supposed to be donating his entire purse to charity because he don’t need the money!?!?!?
warren is,was and has always been a greedy little fat kunt who back in the 80s got shot because of it. Total wanker.

Tell us something we don't all know already.
These vile promoter's destroying any sport left in boxing need to make the fight already.
The splits decided Cardiff is probably booked already, Whyte & Eddie be quack quack

I can't wait for Rematchroom & they're contracts will be gone by the summer.
Though it's been 4 month's & the rematch blocking undesputed originally penned for Feb still hasn't been made. Quack

              Fury purse
According to the Nevada State Athletic Commission, the pair’s guaranteed purse was $5million (roughly £3.7m) per fighter for Fury vs Wilder 3

So Whyte made more than that via Povetkin in the first fight using "Warren logic" , yes it's an accountancy trick (you reverse take home pay \ registered purse on the fighter you don't like)

Basically, Warren is not comparing apples with apples and I can use the same trick to make Fury look bad (but it's not true).

Also I checked Furys best UK ppv , attendances are similar to Whytes (I checked) and it's supposed to be a UK fight, if it's a US fight ok different logic.

Anyway, not my money so Whyte , Fury takes less and let us have a fight,

I have no doubt in my mind that he listed underreported amounts on his contracts for tax reasons and to pay lower sanctioning fees, and funneled the rest of the money through some corporation. Now it comes back to bite him in the ass - or does he come clean on doing some tax schemes and puts himself in a bad legal spot with tax legalities.

Eh? So every fighter that over-prices themselves gets a PPV? What kind of bullshît is that? Fights are on PPV for one reason - popularity and hence ability to sell fights.

Whyte was knocked cold just two fights back , refused to fight Joshua for the belts and is now moaning about not getting roughly an equal share of a title fights purse he's lucky to be in ....Which top elite fighter has this guy beaten ?

Whyte fans are born losers, and thus, see a loser like themselves, and just can’t help but support him. Reality check: whyte is a B level fighter who is another uppercut away from being knocked out cold again, and becoming a C level fighter.
The split was based on figures both sides submitted, not just fury’s side. So cope harder, your boy whyte is nothing but a scrub talent wise, and money-wise. He doesn’t even deserve 20%.

Why is there a legal challenge? Something about Whyte being awarded position in a fight Fury already said can happen. So, in a fight that Fury is willing to do against a mandatory who wants the fight, it will likely not happen over all the legal challenge against the organization that has said it will sanction it.

So the fight everyone agrees should be next will not be because everyone in agreement ... is disagreeing?

This is why boxing fans drink. I hate the belts and sanctioning bodies. Everything good about this sport is just buried in ******ity.
It’s a legal challenge because whyte wants a bigger split than the 80/20
