Serious question. If Teofimo Lopez wasn't undisputed, how is Kambosis?

Your definition of an undisputed champion is incorrect; an undisputed champion is one whose championship status is not disputed. It is literally as simple as that. The hint is in the name. The fact that this is a topic of conversation means that there is a dispute, does it not?
Are you new to reading? All of those websites list Juan Estrada, who is franchise world champion.
The problem is that you don't understand what undisputed champion means. Undisputed champion means you're the champion of every recognized organization. Every recognized organization says Kambosos is their champion. It doesn't matter if a secondary champion like Haney or Tank disputes it. It doesn't matter if all of the writers on DAZN's payroll dispute it. The WBC, WBA, IBF and WBO are not in dispute over who the champion is. They all say Kambosos.
And even if the WBO says he isn't the WBC champion, that doesn't matter. What matters is that the WBC says he's WBC champion.
So I imagine the overwhelming majority ofboxing journalists are paid by DAZN, right? Because I have yet to see consistent and regular usage of "undisputed lightweight champion" before Kambosos' name. Why? Because his status as WBC champion is disputed.
The organisations aren't in dispute as to who their champion is, but as I've shown, they're certainly in dispute as to who the champion is (aka...undisputed champion).
Estrada is literally your strongest argument, yet falls flat on its face with a dash of common sense. The other organisations recognise Estrada for two reasons: he is the sole WBC champion, and was so when the honorary-non-transferable-then-honorary-only-transferable-upon-request-now-honorary-primary-only-transferable-upon-request "championship designation" was introduced. They're not recognising the Franchise title, they're recognising Estrada's previous designation. I guarantee that when the vacant (universally recognised) WBC super-flyweight title gets snatched up...Estrada is no longer universally recognised as WBC champion.
Is it fair that López will not be historically recognised as an undisputed lightweight champion? No. Not at all. But you can blame Sulaiwoman with all his money grabbing schemes for that one.
Next up will be Wilder winning the bridgerweight title and all his fangirls start touting him as a two-weight champion.

You're going to ring them and ask them if they acknowledge the bullshlt KFC Frenchfries title? They'll laugh at you harder than the world did at Kambosos and his dad.
Why not give Sulaiwoman a call and ask him what he thinks about nobody (except López) supporting this nonsense? Oh yea, I forgot, he doesn't like answering those kind of questions.
