Quit his job ? Yea maybe for about 6 months until he's looking for another job. I predict he might have one decent payday left in him. And by " decent " I mean 200,000. Max. This guy is horrific.

Lol he looked like ****ing Donald Duck. I saw multiple people commenting on it. Maybe it was something with his groin protector puffing up the back of his trunks but it was objectively ridiculous looking.

Lol what kind of paydays does he think this will land him? He has 6 losses and beat a fringe prospect.

Since you’ve been watching boxing for 52 years, do you think it’s possible for a fighter to move up 8 whole weight classes? For a former flyweight to end up fighting big strong welterweights like Pacquiao did? Its like saying chocolatito who is a flyweight to eventually move up all the way to welterweight and fight errol spence, do you think a fighter can accomplish that in a clean way?

Yeah Bro, he like Beyonce x 3. Interesting fact. When humans first evolved in Africa we kept all our spare resources in our bums. When we moved to Europe people changed to deal wit colder climates by spreading the fat more evenly around their bodies. Same way europeans developed long noses, to better cope with cold air coming in. Idiots will tell you that white people evolved to be better, but if anyone says that they are a moron who knows nothing about science & less about life.

Yep. Georges Carpentier fought professionally at every weight from flyweight up. He won French & European titles at all weights from Welter up to Heavyweight & won the world title at 175.

Likewise, Len Harvey fought professionally at every weight from flyweight up. He won British, Commonwealth & European titles at all weights from Light up to Heavyweight & challenged for the world title at 160 & 175 but was unable to win the title.

It's hard to say. Everyones body is different. There are plenty of examples. But I think the key is , who were they beating and when ? Of course not everyone can do this but it's not as uncommon as people think. Duran went from 135 to 165. De la Hoya from 130 to 160. Pacquiao 115-150. As you can see , just talking about these 3 guys, it's all 30-35 lbs weight gains. And it's my belief, to be successful moving up you either need a body frame with either the width or height to make this happen. Duran had a perfect mix of both to move up along with his power in both hands. Obviously skill goes a long way too. Pacman had the width, his had a big frame . And he wasn't as short as people made him out to be . He was 5'6". Duran was 5'7 " not much difference. And nobody talks about Duran's move up in weight. Dela Hoya had the height . One thing common with all 3 is hand / combination speed and accuracy, and elite skill levels. Age also makes fighters gain weight. It's just natural. Age and bank account . Realistically these legends all had a " best " weight. I thought Pacman looked fantastic from 130-140. Duran from 135-147. And Dela Hoya 135-140. I never did like him as a Welterweight. To answer your question, yes it can be done without steroids. These guys are hall of famers , especially Duran and Pacman. Two fighters who fought in the most divisions. Successfully. I love Americans but I find the USA fight crowd is always looking for drama and conspiracies. In my mind, Pacquiao, Duran, and De la Hoya all fought clean. And we're never proven otherwise.

Wow give the guy a break and let him enjoy his moment. He just beat a guy for the second time whom he wasn’t supposed to beat either time. If he thinks this sets him up for big things, let’s just see. Jeez.

that may be 10x his annual income though

I'm sure if he can quit his job and do nothing but train for 6 months, he'll look better

good for him taking advantage of his opportunity, hopefully he'll keep improving

Rice would be a good opponent for Daniel Dubois.
