It makes Hughie's victory over Hammer look even better . Frank is a good fighter but maybe not a world beater .Hughie v Frank would be good.

It really wasn't a statement win from Sanchez... he's quick for his size and got some skills but I would have expected more. Still Hammer's a tough dude and was mainly looking to survive so maybe it was a big ask. Underwhelmed personally though.

I like Cuban fighters but he put out a typical Cuban performance safety first. This won’t help get a title shot

I hope Sanchez will be allowed to fight other PBC guys, like Ortiz, Ruiz, Helenius, Kownacki, Arreola, Breazele, wilder.

I believe he beats all of them.

Sanchez can't punch it was always going to be a recipe for a boring fight.
            Good post! I agree!

Sanchez got skills and I personally like his style. It is hard to look impressive against tough fighter that is only looking to survive and frustrate you. Hammer didn't even try to make fight out of it. He felt he had a better chance against Hughie so he was more open, I think.

He should have had ZERO fear of counterpunches and should have thrown combinations. That one punch and done stuff is going to win fans only within his immediate family. It was simply boring.

They have to match Sanchez much better. The thing with Sanchez, and a lot of the Cuban guys, in fights they have no threat in, they will bore their way to victory and people will lose interest in them. Put him in with Ruiz, Hrgovic, someone like that, as these fights are pointless. Hughie Fury blasted Hammer to bits and made him quit, Sanchez just put the crowd/viewers to sleep. Nash out.

That would be a great fight. People who haven't watched Hughie lately don't realise that he fights in a different style now. He hurt Wach several times, battered Hammer, he's quite scrappy, but he is effective with his offence. He's underrated Hughie, and people can't forget the Shades of Ali comment, which, let's be honest, was hilarious. Nash out.
