I'd be surprised if Ortiz doesn't get his hand raised.

My prediction is less than the 50k PPV buys that Tank Cruz did.

Yeah, it shouldn't be on PPV. I agree to that. I will get it because it's less than $50 and it's live boxing on a weekend with no other boxing alternative.

There's some significance, whoever loses will be one less HW contender/pretender in the mix. Even so, I enjoy watching fights without "significance"....just because a fighter doesn't spawn a thousand NSB threads doesn't mean they can't entertain.

Thats true but my point is these 2 add nothing nor move the needle at hw. Ortiz will always be the guy who did the best vs Wilder, other than Fury, but still got ktfo and Martin will always be known as the guy who got beat up and stopped vs aj

Point taken, and reading my post I apologize if it sounded like I was inferring you as a fanboy, a hater or (worst of all) Marc Kriegel. I wasn't, but sometimes my wording can get confusing.

You're right about the two of them and their place in the HW landscape. Ortiz, at his age, is just looking to cash in one last time and Martin is doing the same. I think that is what makes it intriguing to me. Neither one has had a truly significant fight since they came up short in their championship bouts and this will position the winner for one last shot at relevancy.
