Canelo's team is so right. Because Avni Yildirim and Rocky Fielding brought so much more to the table, like being sparring partners and absolute nobodies, and were way better fighters than Benavidez. So was "Thin Chin" A Mere Con, Soft Velvet Hands Caleb House Plant, Wet Sloppy BJ Saunders, Austin "Sea" Trout Sandwich with a side of Hush Puppies, and tired Potato Vodka Kovalev. Don't forget Ancient Shane and Old man Cotto. Canelo fights weak slappy punchers/runners, past prime/out of shape/old ppl with brain trauma, nobodies and slow punching bags, all chosen with careful maneuvering around dangerous credible threats. When he fights someone not in these categories (Mayweather, Lara, GGG), he loses, gets gift decisions, or barely squeezes by! Check his whole record and see if everyone doesn't belong in one of these categories, and let me know what u come up with

Reynoso just owned himself trying to clown David. Charlo hasnt beaten anyone and oldass GGG is a garbage fight at this point. The wbc 168lb belt Saul "won" is Benavidez belt. He didnt lose it to another boxer, he was stripped for the boogashuga and missing weight. Saul was caught doping and inventing his own weightclass. Sounds similar to me.

So fighting the best doesn’t matter so long as there is a scrub with a title? Got it. This is why we can’t get these young bucks to fight each other but then turn around and complain. Why should they, this guy gets a pass to cash in 30 million bucks fighting a guy who isn’t a first option sparing partner for the guys in his division. Let that sink in, the guy isn’t even in the first list of sparing partners to bring in. He’s that bad….but he has a title and folks can parade around calling Canelo the greatest thing since open scoring and then a cruiserweight champion. Despite fighting the biggest push over title holders he can. I could list ten fights he could book right now that’s a better matchup.

Canelo just beat every champion at 168, get over it man. not to mention he's fought GGG, Cotto, FMJ, Lara, Etc etc....
Canelo is the last dude you should be worrying about fighting people
