DAZN was offering a fight against Joshua, contingent on Joshua winning his next fight, even though DAZN didn't have any rights to Joshua after his next fight.

Finkel and Haymon may not be prophets, but they are the most successful managers in boxing history and they knew the DAZN offer didn't make any sense.

You know how silly it sounds to accuse Wilder's offer as illegitimate? Haymon made Mayweather, Pacquiao, Canelo and McGregor more than $50 million in 1 fight. In fact the only time any boxer has made over $50 million in 1 night was when Haymon was involved.
      - - He was suing the Goldenboy contract with DAZN. Canelo still works with Eddie who has made him a ton of money.

No, he also sued DAZN because DAZN refused to honor their contract with Canelo and pay him what they owed him.

It didn’t make sense for them it made sense for the fighters and the fans . Those guys at PBC literally do nothing to better the sport ,and guys like that don’t last forever. Once they are gone your going to see many more fights that are being held back .

The DAZN offer didn't make sense for Wilder because he was being asked to commit long term to DAZN even though Joshua wasn't committed long term to DAZN. It made more sense to wait and see what happened in Joshua's next fight and if he won, then try to make the fight.

You're right that nobody lasts forever, but Finkel has controlled the world heavyweight championship for 32 years, a lot longer than most. Haymon has more control of boxing than anybody has had since Don King's peak and Haymon's power continues to grow.

The problem for you is that in your mind, you must pledge allegiance to Eddie Hearn's fighters at all costs. So in a situation like this, where Joshua was legitimately to blame for the fight not happening with Wilder, you're forced to do incredible mental gymnastics to blame Wilder.

                - - What the name of the FaeryLand U come from?

Nobody but Canelo currently in boxing has made more $$$ than AJ thru Hearn. It was Haymon and Deyonce turning down the $100 mil contract. Fainting Goat Furry, Deyonce, Kownaki, Whyte, Ortiz all turned down the AJ American debut to fight for peanuts after Big Baby blew himself up. Andy Ruiz was the only fighter willing to take a career payday vs AJ and the rest is settled history.

AJ sells out stadiums. He's a national Olympic hero who gives back to UK ama boxing. Nobody loved Lewis in the UK save his mama, and he was loved even less in the US. US fans don't care for Deyonce much less a blowhard like Fury who tucked tail to flee the UK when he couldn't compete with AJ. He was last seen being KOed by Jake Logan along with his fat blowhard Daddy and little bro Tommy who couldn't even make the scratch line for the biggest purse he'll ever see for the rest of his miserable career.

Now, what the name of that Faeryland U flittered in from? CandyLand? Oz? Wakanda? Uncle Al's underground vampire sucker bunker?

Even if that's true, it's still less than he would have made fighting a trilogy with Wilder instead of letting Fury fight a trilogy with Wilder.

                  It was Haymon and Deyonce
