Just because Tank had troubles doesn’t mean Ryan will. Cruz got up underneath Tank and Tank isn’t used to that, that’s turning his own game back on himself. Ryan will tee off on Cruz from distance because he can and he’s good at it. I think the only way Ryan has trouble is if Cruz walks through a few of his shots, throwing counters, like Ruiz did against Joshua in their first fight.
Cruz has certainly earned another payday, I think Diaz would also be a good fight and a lot more winnable.

Even Canelo sees that this kid don't take boxing 100% serious and called him out on it. Really hope this fight comes off so Ryan can put to rest both Cruz and this ridiculous assertion that he's a top lightweight. Cruz will get slept under 6. I'd be more interested in a Cruz matchup with JoJo or Commey honestly as those would be more competitive fights. The only one giving Ryan issues at Lightweight is Loma and possibly Haney. Haney ate some hard lefts from Jojo all fight which surprised me,definitely can't be getting caught like that against Ryan.

This is the fight to make but I don't see it happening probably Ryan vs JoJo or Fortuna. If it does happen good for him if he is able to stop Cruz which seems like a difficult task it would make an impression and make people forget about the issues he has going on. Who knows though as flawed as Garcia is the way he pulls back with his hands down and his chin up he still has some raw power on that left hook and if he gets full extension on it I think he can hurt anybody at 135.

Some great points. It's a decent test. And your observations on Garcia's defensive qualities are spot on. I think Garcia wins, but if Cruz gets a looping left hook over the top, it could be a tough night for him. I'm more inclined to think he fights Jo Jo.
