Ngl I give very few fux about his word. He created a mess just to get spotlight when he clears it up, which is not backed up by fights. Words shouldn’t make titles fights should, who cares about your sound byte?

Official documentation is far more "proof" than take yer word for it.
But you also shouldn't ignore the fact that we know the IBF only unifies with the top title of a rival. You are aware of that yes? That there are countless examples of the IBF refusing to sanction a fight if a secondary world title is at stake? And you are aware that the IBF allows their title to be unified with the Franchise world title? So clearly the IBF considers Franchise to be the higher world title.Comment

It mean it makes sense that Kambosos would be undisputed just like I always believed Teo was undisputed. They always said that the franchise belt was non transferable, meaning beating a franchise champ doesn’t make you a franchise champ, you have to petition to get that recognition. So basically there is no franchise champ. Not to mention, all four of those belts were earned. Loma fought for & won the WBA, WBO & WBC. Teo won the IBF. Haney got a freebie which was no fault of his own but he never beat a champ to become champ.
So basically Haney is the “regular” champ, Kambosos is the real champ. (Kinda like the WBA) The WBC ****ed up by giving Haney a belt in the first place. Loma won the belt from Campbell & they immediately made Haney Lomas mando. TR petitions for the Franchise designation so that Loma could fight Teo for undisputed. They then give Haney the “regular” WBC. Teo Loma goes on, Teo wins, becomes undisputed.
Instead of making Loma franchise champ, they should have just allowed him to make a voluntary defense against Teo for undisputed. Never have I seen the WBC be so quick to enforce a mando, when you’ve had guys like Dillian Whyte have to wait years for his mando shot.

Mauricio Sulaiman is no stranger to unpopular concepts. The head of the World Boxing Council sanctioning body recently tried - for the nth time - to explain the rationale behind the franchise champion concept he introduced in 2018.

But the WBA does have the power to decide for itself what its top title is. The Super WBA title is higher than the WBA title because the WBA says so and lists the Super title above the regular title in their ratings. If tomorrow the WBO decided to list Tank instead of Kambosos as WBA champion, that doesn't change who the top champion is. Only the WBA decides which WBA belt is higher.
I'm not asking you to take my word for anything. I'm just saying that an official WBA document takes precedence over an official IBF document when determining who the WBA champion is.

No body has the ability to tell the other bodies what boxing is. They agree and then there are no disputes. Lack of agreement means disputed.
You can pretend a body dictates it's own belts all you want but just like I just told you, that is contradictory to both your own explanation as to why lesser belts are not legitimized, and contrary to the official ratings they've put out for months.
Once holiday season passes I'll start reaching out to the bodies themselves. I'm very curious what their response to being told they're just too ****** or lazy to know Haney shouldn't be on their official documents.Comment

Kambosos is THE LINEAL AND TRUE LIGHTWEIGHT CHAMPION OF THE WORLD.
It's about time, fans and media ignore these "sanctioning" gangsters and recognise the true champion in each division. Then boxing might get some of the credibility that these scumbags have stolen back. TBRBComment

When Buster Douglas upset Mike Tyson, the IBF declared Douglas the champion, despite the IBF title not being on the line. If the WBA had refused to list Douglas as IBF champion in their ratings, he still would have been undisputed champion. If he held the WBC, WBA and IBF championships, it wouldn't matter if the WBA didn't acknowledge him as IBF champion. That's irrelevant. The WBA only gets to say who the WBA champion is. They have no authority to declare who the IBF champion is.Comment
