That's a hard question to answer cause top guys don't even want to fight each other. Thurman, Crawford and Spence don't want to fight each other so why would they want to fight somebody that is of similar risk but of lesser pay.

PS: and yeah there are should be some responsibility on Boots team to get better opponents. Ugas was in worse position and he got better opposition. Beterbiev who nobody wants to fight got way better competition in only 17 fights and he is promoted by a small time promoter in Yvon Michel.

It's not apples to oranges when comparing their careers. Arthur Beterbiev was 31 years old when he won the IBF title. Ugas was 32 when he fought Porter. Ennis is on a good track.

If I had to predict anything, Crawford and Spence will fight for undisputed this year. The winner will vacate the belts and move to 154. Ennis will pickup one of those belts in 2023 which will allow him to attract more high profile fights.

Same with Floyd. Jaron Enis got 30 fight and not one live body, not one.
I'm just saying, him not making the Olympics isn't the end all, be all.

He hasn't fought anyone? He is 24 years old without a major promoter/advisor backing him. Ennis can't just get any fights that he wants. He is going to have to force his way to a title shot by becoming a mandatory to one of the champions.

I think he should fight for the belts in 2022, why wait until 2023. Or if he can't fight somebody good in his division go to 154, that division is stacked.

It doesn't make sense that David Morrell with only 6 fights has had better competition and now David Morrell will get the WBA belt cause Canelo won't fight him. Boots hasn't been moved properly and if he can't get good fights in 2022 then it's all on him. He got Al Hayman he is big and he can go to 154 where there are no cash cows or prima donnas then come back when he is the mandatory for some of these divas at 147

People are jealous of Jaron’s game

vergil Ortiz doesn’t look anywhere near as impressive but gets no scrutiny

people see greatness with Jaron and dunno how to take it

                Lol no

                not yet

With Jaron’s ability he’d be a massive star with Haymon

I don’t think he with Haymon?

Didn't Ennis tweet he was going to be Spence IBF mando, at the same time Crawford was trying to cut in at that spot?
I looked the the IBF rankings after that tweet thread here, Avy-something the one Crowley beat was #1 #2 was vacant, then it was Ennis. I was thinking he had a good argument there.
Then Spence vs Ugas was made? WTF? Was I high?

Golden Boy. They put him in with one of their young southpaws Alexis Rocha and Ellis handled it pretty easily if I remember right. 28 yrs. still not very known, maybe not so entertaining they haven't been able to do much with him.

who wins this fight that just popped into my head:

                      Yellusunov v Ellis
