If they were to put on that fight it definitely wouldn’t be a 40 dollar PPV because of Ruiz it would be double that and a far weaker card for whatever his worth he thinks is .

The significance is a possible fight with Hrgovic should Parker decline it or they just make the Ortiz fight a elimination bout for Hrgovic. It’s still a mystery unfortunately the IBF is usually on top of things but they are not giving any information on this Hrgovic situation and it’s unprofessional .
