Yeah. He's saying that he's the one getting belts and fighting the champions. I think it was directed at Crawford, which means it's one of the most disingenuous statements ever made, considering the PBC has been freezing Bud out of the title fights.

      - - Spence the handsome, cool, debonair PPV star, and Bud the bland ugly mug who can't draw flies.

I’m a Spence fan but he doesn’t want the smoke IMO. I think the way Crawford dominated Porter had him a little shook tbh.

Yes Spence does. He's doing just as he promised by cleaning up his side of the street. I just wonder what is taking Bud Crawford so long for signing up with the PBC? The more the fight marinates the bigger it would get. If Spence gets past Ugas then the Terence Crawford fight would be for the undisputed welterweight crown. I believe that both fighters will move up to 154 next year after that fight happens.

That is exactly what is happening.

Why are you blaming pbc for a decision Crawford made?

Crawford chose to resign with TR knowing that it meant he would get more money for lower quality opposition. We all understand why that decision was made.

To suggest that he was being “frozen out” is truly disingenuous and dishonest. Bob overpaid Crawford, knowing TR would lose money, just to prevent PBC from unifying the ww division under their banner.

Bob got exactly what he wanted. Crawford got more money which is what he wanted.

At some point you and others need to hold boxers and their teams accountable for decisions they make as men that contribute to you and other fans not getting the fights you want.

What do you mean? The PBC had a monopoly on the welterweight division. Bud had no place to go. They all knew he was too dangerous to fight, one of the best boxers walking the face of the planet right now. Bud has had the PBC trembling in their shoes for years!! Spence is to cowardly to fight him, and now he's fighting Ugas, effectively ducking Bud. Then he tries to spin it by saying "he's doing all the work." Well, he can unify with Crawford!! Spence has no spine. And the only reason why Crawford left Arum was due to there being no fights available. Yeah, he stands to make more money, but why not? He's pound-for-pound NUMBER ONE!! (screw Canelo) He deserves to get paid what he's asking!

Ridiculous. Your opinion is driven solely by your dislike for PBC. If Crawford had them all scared, then why resign with TR?

I agree that Crawford is one of the best boxers in the planet. That makes his decision to resign even more questionable.

He had an opportunity to prove that but chose money. Stop blaming pbc and Spence for that choice.

Spence unifying with Ugas isn’t ducking Crawford. He’s taking in Ugas in his return fight from injury. Ugas is better than any ww Crawford fought outside of Porter- a guy many on this site feel beat Porter when they fought despite Porter getting the win.

Lets see where Crawford signs. If he chooses anywhere but PBC then it’s clear he isn’t trying to show he’s the best ww but instead fight easy guys for big money While complaining in the media about being ducked.

Sadly, that strategy works because there is a legion of “fans” who are part of the “ fear of a black manager” brigade who blame all fights that don’t happen on the Haymon affiliated boxer regardless of the facts.

Its like when Tim signed with TR. clear sign he didn’t want to fight the best ww in the world.

Did he dominate him? He was starting to pull away at the time of the stoppage but it was a close fight IMO.

Dominated Porter? That performance was far from impressive.
