Knew Beterbiev was fighting in December. Top Rank would've thrown mega bucks to Canelo to make the fight in May. Decides to fight Makabu in May.

I think Bivol would beat Canelo at 168. I thought this for a while.
Beterbiev would batter and KO Canelo. These guys are no cherrypicks.

Yes, Canelo backs guy's up with skill (i.e. head movement/counters). Beterbiev is slow as hell and Canelo will evade his punches without barely moving; except he'll come back with a counter and make Artur gun shy

I told you in the other thread that if Marcus expected to win, he'd have to step to the power and not move around the ring. Canelo will do just that

I don't see it happening, Callum/Plant are nowhere near Artur's level in terms of skill. Even in the second GGG fight where he tried to back up GGG, he wasn't doing it as easily as he was with the guys at 168, GGG had plenty of moments and circled out. By the end of the fight Canelo gassed and the bout was contested in the center of the ring with both fighters taking turns backing the other up.

Doing it to Beterbiev will be miles harder than GGG.

As for power deterrence if he ate Gvozdyks shots like nothing, I doubt he'll be scared of canelo's counters at all. Gvozdyk put Adonis in a coma.

Facts, as long as Bivol can make the weight without hurting himself he can win. Beterbiev will make him quit on his stool and end his career.

I don't think Beterbiev was better than Kovalev when Canelo fought him if I'm being honest.

I've watched Beterbiev be dropped by Callum Johnson and get back up wobbly falling into the ropes. Jeff Page dropped him and had him hurt as well

Browne fought the wrong game plan and exerted unnecessary energy. Canelo will capitalize on how slow Artur is.

You guy's refuse to realize that you beat Canelo with speed, not brute power. He preys on that. Especially at 168 and above

i agree and GGG mind you was already over the hill by the time he fought Canelo the first time , Beterbiev is old but he still looks a lot better then GGG did when they fought

Beterbiev is no joke. He would be the first power puncher Carelo fought since GGG, but Beterbiev is much bigger puncher. I don`t think Canelo can stay away and block that punches for 12 rounds.

Stop it. Canelo’s not like Pacquiao. Pacquiao cherrypicked a guy who’s suffering from alopecia in less than 2 weeks notice.

Canelo has never felt anything remotely close to the power that Beterbiev has. It's insane what he does with just arm punches.
