Ok, I'm going to take this response as you conceding that you couldn't find any proof of Eddie Hearn conceding that the $50million offer was real.

If the offer had been real, then Finkel or Haymon would have met with Eddie Hearn to discuss it, as requested, or at least sent him the details of the offer by email, so he and AJ could look at them and know exactly what they were being asked to accept.

It later came out - as per Frank Warren - that the phantom fiddy million offer would have been partly funded by BT Sport, who wanted exclusive rights to screen a Wilder/AJ fight in the UK. This meant that AJ could not have realistically been expected to accept it, because he had an exclusivity deal with Sky in the UK.

So why did Finkel, via social media, tell Eddie Hearn, "Have AJ accept the money first" when Eddie requested details of the offer?

i for one am happy they are starting to work amongst each other to get more fights done, still bummed they couldn't get crawford spence and davis lomachenko done.

if i had meant eddie hearn, i would have said eddie hearn. eddie isn't in charge.

Eddie lied to you. The key details had been sent in a three page term sheet. The Wilder side didn't meet with Eddie because Eddie refused to confirm whether the key details were acceptable, and that the purpose of the meeting would be to see if they could start working out further details. If the meeting was just for Hearn to say thank you for the offer but here's my counter proposal to bring Wilder to the UK, then the meeting is a waste of time. Haymon doesn't waste time.

You've been brainwashed by Eddie Hearn. The head of Showtime Sports publicly confirmed the $50 million offer was legit, that Sky would have UK rights, and even posted a screen shot of the contract that confirmed Sky would get the UK rights. Eddie is a con artist and you fell for it.

Yeah completely agree. Fury-Wilder and Crawford-Porter is a great start but it has to continue. Crawford-Spence, Loma-Tank, Inoue-Casimero etc.

Literally none of those AJ fights were legitimate co-promotions you dumb f***.

Oh and Spence vs the Quitter. Also not a legitimate co-promotion.

Once again, read it and weep.

The only one that was technically a co-promotion was Canelo vs Smith as it was co-promoted with Canelo Promotions, but in reality that’s just Eddie working with a non-Matchroom fighter rather than a rival promotional outfit.

Not exactly the best promoter. (Don't know exactly what that means in this sport.)
But he keeps fighters active. PBC fighters that are dormant need to join DAZN.
