Because his platform sucks and he's desperate. When PBC offered Joshua the 50 million Joshua asked for, Hearn blocked it because he didn't want Joshua on another platform. You say he'll go to all these lengths to do cross platform fights, but when was the last time he sent Joshua to ESPN, Showtime or Fox? It's not like Hearn is sending his stars to other platforms, he's just crying that he can't get stars on his platform.
