I don't rule it out but Browne is super inconsistent. I think he gets stopped.

This is the likely scenario but IF he is on like he was against Jack and Williams? It's going to get interesting. I still can't get out of my mind how average Beterbiev looked in person when he fought Koelling. That's just one fight but he has other similar performances. To me, I think a lot of this is how few fights he's had in his career. Fairly disappointing career because he never fights lol.

One fight in 2017, in one 2018 and no fight in 2020. Hard to be consistent when you hardly ever fight...GRJ is the exception since he's used to that type of schedule lol.

Beterbiev is going to start looking his age sooner or later. May have already started. Not saying he'll lose but he's definitely slowed down quite a bit from several years ago.

I question his IQ to be honest with you. Something is off with him. That's why getting with someone like Derrick James is good for him.
Not particularly, I just don’t think he’ll be able to stick and move with Beterbiev’s power, I think he’ll be very wary about staying in the pocket.

I’ve always felt Beterbiev fights to the level of his opposition. I think he’ll be a lot better than he was vs Koelling, Denies etc unless he’s underestimating Browne- which could be a big mistake.

Both guys have not shown they can consistently perform fight in and fight out. Beterbiev is the better fighter and harder puncher but I think he's in tough Saturday night.
Good points, overall. I do hope he's in tough, I'd love to see him tested for real.

              The fight's on Friday, BTW

I'm just watching this right now and Russ Anber told a little story about the Koelling fight. Not sure if it's just promotional hype but apparently he just wanted to see if he could go 12 rounds lol...

Also I see Jukembayev is back on the undercard in Montreal. Don't feel like making a specific thread or looking for a more appropriate thread so just posting it here.

Poor guy got battered so hard by Matias he is in a 6 round tune-up fight. Tough man though and all the best to him.

Nah man, I was there in the arena that night...Dude was just legitimately mediocre as hell lol. It was just a bad fight overall and Koelling certainly contributed to the boring fight. He was a bit tricky, I will give him that.

Yeah, I hope he is on his game and has a good performance. Last dominant performance at 175 was......? Seriously, it's been a freaking awful division for a few years now.
