Looked to me like he didn’t towards the end unless Loma suddenly has stamina issues which I can’t see happening. Look at the last 10 seconds they didn’t even throw a punch and just looked at each other so wasn’t exactly desperate to get him out of there. We won’t really know until Loma comes out and claims it tbf.

It wasn't even anywhere close to a bad performance so I don't understand the "Loma was going to stop him but it turns out he loves him too much awwww" bullish I'm seeing.

think he told in interview that he like RC and didnt want him get hurt and he was hurt with that sneaky hook. After that in next round he recovered and i dont think Loma went for ko anymore with committing much into punches

He was clearly ahead, by continuing pressing the action he could risk a shoulder injury or getting caught himself so not pressing the action was probably the best strategy for himself.

Nah, he was playing with his food a little but he was definitely trying to force the stoppage.

I mean you got two eyes, you can see the shape Commey was in. He was ready to go. Lomachenko absolutely let Commey go the two times he had him pretty much out on his feet. You have to be blind or something. Did you not see Lomachenko clearly step away from a badly hurt Commey and talk to his corner about stopping it?

If you need help in figuring out what happened, Lomachenko showed his passiveness, as always. That's his issue. He is passive. He will never be a killer.

And yes, Lomachenko could have stopped Commey, had he not literally stop to play good samaritan.
