Another matchroom hype job. Here we go again. Put them in with washed up has beens and part time boxers then act like he’s just beaten Muhammad Ali, it’s the matchroom way.

Algieri is a part time boxer, dude doesn’t even train boxing, he’s a broadcaster and nutritionist not a boxer.

Now Benn wants to fight khan or brook Hahahaha this dude just fighting washed up has beens just to get the names on his record and con the public. Surprised he ain’t calling out tommy hearns or Duran.

why doesn’t he call out Avanesyan? Or Ortiz? Or Crawford? Or Thurman?

Hype job will get exposed soon as he steps into the ring with one of them that’s why so stick him in with washed up has beens like khan brook or dudes that do boxing part time like Broner and con the public.

He’s a solid fighter, but imo too small for 147 against real punchers in the division, and tbh, I think he knows it. He’s snappy like Teofimo Lopez.

I’d actually love to see Benn vs Prograis. Or Benn vs Josh Taylor. but I’m a fan of Benn. Fun to watch. He needs more fights and need to see his chin against a puncher like let’s say DSG.

Benn vs. Prograis, these two remind me a lot of each other.

Danny Garcia with way more amateur bouts than Benn was fighting a Figueroa with 7 wins and 8 losses 20 fights in, compared to Benn fighting Algeri 20 fights in. I'd say Benns doing well with these type of learning fights... Nobody really hyping Been apart from his promoter. Which is his job.

He said he would fight Ugas if he cant get Khan,Brook or Broner. Thats a good fight. I dont think he is ready for guys like Ennis, Crawford or Spence.

i mean i cant disagree with anything you said but Benn has still definitely improved massively, i never thought he would even be able to beat a washed up former name when he was being dropped & going life & death with that french journeyman...

but yea any top WW absolutely splatters him.

not sure what the issue is here, it's good for young fighters to fight former champions or top contenders even if they're past their best. It's good experience as they move along into better fights

Nah he was. Biggest hype job ever. Didn’t fight anyone in good in their prime. Pac was a huge hype job too. Catch weight king, PEDs etc.

Canelo is probably the current biggest hype job, followed by Terrance Crawford, Usyk and Tyson Fury. Wilder always been a bum and Wlad was old.

Conor Benn is definitely in the top 10 hype jobs though.
