So just because you can’t disprove malignaggis point all of a sudden is bogus lmao you really believe you know more than a 2 time world champion, but actually its hard who to go with, a couch potato like you or a former world champion that actually got in there and did it??? Hmm tough choice. This is an ENDURANCE sport, whoever has a bigger gas tank thanks to peds will almost certainly win every time, it doesn’t take a genius to figure this out. And of course pacquiao is gonna have skills , the man has like 80 pro fights. Keep believing superman exists in real life. Now you’re the fool, gtfoh gullible kid

I’m saying because one boxer out of thousands has an opinion it’s fact? Okay then not like malignaggi was some kind of boxing wizard like Mayweather the dude lost several times, was pillow fisted af and talks a lot of ****. Next you will be saying anybody can take steroids and become arnie no dedication, no hard work and no commitment requires whatsoever. You don’t know **** about boxing if all you think you need is endurance. Dunno if you are trolling or legit mentally disabled but either way you’re entitled to your opinion I’m saying you’re a dumbass who probably started watching boxing this year hence your rookie status here.

Was one of my favorites. Always a ****er.

I had a chance to buy a autographed glove once at a great price, but without the certificate of authenticity. I passed it up, but if it was legit, it would've been a prize item.

My favorite Miguel Cotto fight was vs Zab Judah.

The atmosphere and ambiance in Madison square garden that night, has only just this year been rivaled with Tyson Fury vs Deontay Wilder III.

The american boxing fans that night, were incapacitated by the action 'You would of had to go back to the 90's to witnessed similar atmospheres'. I vividly remember Cotto bleeding from gruesome cut, but he was showing no outward or very little emotion 'At that time he seemed Borg like, as if he was some sort of humanoid android'.

Late 90's, 2000's pretty much was the greatest era in welter weight division since the 1980's. It was one of the greatest era's in boxing as a whole in my opinion 'Possibly the last great era'.

Miguel Cotto was a major player during that time, and he was champion 'For me he is definitely a hall of fame fighter'.

If you followed Pac's career when he was in the lower weights, he was actually a massive flyweight. He also had one punch ko power below 135. Above lightweight he was only able to ko opponents via cummulative punches (except for Hatton).

Could he have taken any PED's during his career? Of course. But you can say that yo every top fighter, including Cotto.

Cotto got his ass kicked by a prime pacquiao fair and square and you just gotta learn to live with that.

Cotto should definitely be in the HOF.

While there may be some detractors, hear me out.

If you've been following boxing for 20 years or so, you'd remember the rise of Cotto. It was meteoric. The kid looked un-beatable. Mayweather decided to retire, rather than face public scrutiny for ducking the unbeaten Cotto.

Then, we all saw the first Antonio MargaCheato fight.

Everyone watching that fight was shocked, and in disbelief of what was occurring on screen. Cotto looked amateur-ish, and looked like his face had went through a meat-grinder. Cotto just didn't look OR fight right, that night. We didn't know it then, but in MargaCheato's next fight he got caught loading his gloves. THEN, and only THEN, did the Cotto fight come-into-focus.

If MargaCheato didn't have his concrete gloves, he loses against Cotto that night 100%.

Cotto's entire mental stability was destroyed that night. He was on the road to super super-stardom... then got robbed by a cheater that never should have been allowed to box, ever again.

We'll never know how good Cotto WOULD have been, he was permanently, and irreparably damaged that night. But he STILL ended up being damn good.

Cotto is worthy of the HOF right-now, but without the MargaCheato incident, that Star would have been significantly higher FOR SURE
