But Boy I would pay any amount to see Tank vs Loma, that is the fight really but . The Bull and teh matador scenario.
Davis vs Loma wont happen anytime soon, Per Floyd- “Tank aint ready for Loma yet”…yet meaning when Loma is 40.

Yes a good amount of kids coming out today are kids, and not mature ones. You can be a mature kid, and an immature adult. Level of maturity means how responsible you are. A 6 year old could be responsible and a 60 year old could be irresponsible.

Many of the upcoming fighters (Teo, Ryan, Berlanga, and many more) and more concerned about their image - thats why they come off so fake. They're hyper vigilant about what everyone thinks about them. This as a result has an affect on their training regiment.

I really like Xander Zayas - he's of a different breed
Man! My energy was so jacked up when I posted that but dammit I meant most of it!

You’re right about maturity levels though…only a few fighters will understand and grow away from the distractions (e.g., social media, their image, criticism, etc) and elevate to that next level. It seems like Tank has gotten it together a bit nowadays.

Some of them will learn the hard way if they don’t learn to put boxing first.

Loma is a MAN in this sport! A MAN in the division who put in hard work to become unified before facing the Fakeover! And he's not even a true Lightweight, lol. All of these lightweights are pups and they're clearly insecure about what they bring in the ring!

Bunch of girls sitting around saying who is or isn't the "A-side" and who has more followers and "I'm undefeated! My zero....blah blah blah!" Enough already! These guys live in an alternate universe and only see their social media following as real fans that can turn over a dollar.

Ryan got rocked by Luke Campbell in January, got up and stopped him and we haven't heard anything from this pillow biter about an upcoming fight....we just see him fanning out at Canelo events and tweeting from the sofa like he's active. A bunch of weak weirdos nowadays, I swear.

I'm just waiting from them to either strip Devin of his unwarranted WBC title or box him in to take a pay cut so he can drop the belt and let the real men of the division be the face of it.
Loma told Teo to get a belt first and became franchise champion because it allowed him not to fight his mandatory which was Haney.

Those are facts not something made up. Loma wasn't in a hurry to fight the best unless you moved up from 118-126

Bro...Loma didn't duck an unknown and untested feather-fist in Haney. Just because a fighter's the mandatory for a title and begs and begs and begs, doesn't mean he will get it. We've seen this over and over again. Nobody knew Devin at the time and Teo was more polished (market wise) than that of a Haney who chose to fight on an app while Teo was on ESPN.

Y'all act like Loma avoided these guys but y'all were the first to clown Devin and call him a hype job after Linares hurt him this past Summer. Just go away already. Things are happening the way they should in this sport, not the way some internet fool think it should.

Again, NOBODY knew Haney at the time and that still holds to be true. We're looking at the undisputed crown at Lightweight....aint no way they're gonna let some unknown guy who fights on an app to be the face of the division. It's called politics and marketability and promoting Devin to the masses isn't an easy task.

Loma has admitted that he has trouble at 135 and what venues did Loma sell out? The man had the full ESPN machine promotion package and he can't do PPV. I think nobody really knows Loma unless you're a diehard.

Has trouble at 135 how? Making the weight or taking on the bigger guys at 135? I really don't remember but I think he did mention something about this.

From what I know, Lomachenko does have a following. A huge following? Maybe not, but a significant following nonetheless. If Haney was so hard-pressed to face Loma, then why didn't he work out a deal with ESPN after his bouts on ShoBox?

Again, if he made a business decision with Matchroom and himself (for the money), then that's what he chose. Had he chose to work out something with ESPN then Teo and Loma would've been within arm's reach. If he chose money, fine...that's what it's about. Always choose what's going to propel you into the big market...not just the market you're comfortable with.

And nobody can dispute the Lopez/Loma numbers which still sit at 4.2M views. Bob made enough mistakes with putting Crawford on PPV with no return on his money so it was probably better to keep Loma on ESPN. Choosing to opt of PPV isn't always a bad sign when you stand to lose money. The ESPN deal was exclusive to Bob and Top Rank since everybody jumped ship to what was popular at the time (DAZN) and other networks that are struggling in the boxing department.
