A lot of us smart guys were surprised how well Cruz took Tanks punch. He clearly lost, You clowns call it a victory for Cruz because he landed on Tank. You disrespected Cruz by calling him a cherry pick, you were surprised by his skill which you never knew he had, and after he looked good…claim Cruz won. Mexican fight fans at their best. You underestimated your own brethren and then claimed him. Isaac Cruz was always this tough. You just never knew. And you fanatics…. Give Cruz his. He didn’t win but he showed skill, will and a chin.
Cruz is good fighter…but a more of a brawler with average power hence the 12/1 odds. Davis should fight someone on his level at least ONCE in his prime - GRJ, Prograis . Is he finally “ready” for Loma - ask Floyd.

He’s still in his prime at 27. Those fights are coming.

I'm just surprised Tank is 27 already. Seems like just yesterday he was 23. That's 1 thing these young inactive boxers need to realize is that you get old quick. All that fighting 1 time a year BS is a waste of youth. I think of guy's like Mikey Garcia and Andre Ward who wasted a lot of their prime years on the shelf. Ward ended up retiring at 33 and Garcia isn't far off retirement himself unless he wants to be a gatekeeper, I give him another fight or 2 before he hangs em up..

I thought that Davis was making Cruz swing and miss badly showed poor Ring Generalship on Cruz part, and I think that's what won Davis some of the 50-50 rounds

We shall see…Davis beating overmatched Hispanic fighters is getting old - especially for ppv main events. Would definetly pay to see Davis against any of the legit top fighters.

You are absolutely right and I've noticed that. JoJo was hot garbage against Haney but Pitbull came to fight and win. He took several more risks and chances than Diaz did. His only problem was that he was just a bit slower than Tank and gave away too many of the early rounds. I would hope and love to see Pitbull and JoJo fight someday. It would make for a very interesting fight.

Why would you think that's going to happen with him barely getting by these level of fighters?

I would like to see Pitbull vs. Michel Rivera! RIvera was ordered to fight Linares, but I think Linares is going to fight in a WBC Eliminator!
