Respect. I’ll be watching. Hopefully it’s a good one, the card and the main event. I want highlights

Ellerbe is right, some of the biggest things do happen on a Sunday evening. This Tank fight isn't one of them though.

I doubt this even does 100k PPVs.

Len is right about sunday evenings. but you wont find tickets to the biggest things on GROUPON - so very safe to say that this iSnt one of them.
PBC will never put their biggest fraud, the paper tank, in against anyone serious, in any division - they know exactly what would happen to him. almost everyone would see what a fraud he is then. SEE PAPER TANK RUN, that will be the result of any mandatory with anyone serious (I cant recall a more accomplished runner, he has already run from everyone serious in 3 divisions)... to help everyone understand, GO to paper tanks boxrec page. only 2 names which are even recognizable - one way past his prime when paper tank fought him and the other two weight divisions above where he had any achievements. thats all the paper tank can handle. if PBC were confident that he could handle anything else, you can be sure that we would have seen better matchups by now... this needs to be called out. just dont pay for this type of nonsense that PBC puts on most of their cards - its the only way we will ever get the best matchups in boxing....

Did you enjoy the fight? From the highlights, it looked like an excellent night of boxing!

Yes one of the better fights of the year and maybe the best card of the year. Very good fight and good card from showtime, Mayweather promotions, and al Haymon

Yeah but the best things that happen on Sundays -- football games and primetime TV, they are aired with start times anywhere from noon to 7 pm.

A fight that starts in the deep evening, on a Sunday, isn't optimal because most people work the following morning. Not to mention a lot of folks like to drink and watch the fights...who is going to drink late evening on a Sunday night when you gotta turn around and go into work a handful of hours later?

Yeah, okay. This is definitely my last Tank PPV for a while....I'm just not sold on the whole, "He's a staaaaar! Tank's the star of the sport!" Hardly, but not all that far off.

I mean, I knew Cruz was short but as soon as the opening bell rang and they met in the middle of the ring, I though, "Damn, they got me again! I shouldn't have ordered this crap!" The undercard was also a disaster...definitely could've been on free tv.

Sorry, but your boy isn't who they say he is!

The bar is low for modern fighters and it shows! 500k is the NEW 1M buys but they just wont come out and say it! None of these Lightweights are worth paying for but they keep trying to make world otherwise.

If anything, Tank's the most known Lightweight but that's about it. None of the Lightweights impressed this weekend....this Fall for that matter. Lopez/Kambosos was the bigger fight and it only panned out that way because of the long wait and the upset. This says a lot.
