    It's a tie for me.

Haney has more natural attributes. Shakur is the more refined(skilled) boxer.

If anyone wants, they can search Haney sparring Shakur and see for themselves a sample size of them vs each other.

Haney clearly has the better (durable) build and power advantage. Shakur clearly has the more refined skill(technique). It could go either way between them in a real match.

I think Haney is a slightly better Boxer. I do think he isn't looking quite as good as he seemed he was going to be and Shakur just put in easily his best performance that I have seen so right now I don't think would be too much of a gap between them but I still belive Devin is better.

Haney will outgrow his division soon enough, I think he will be a better 140 guy than a 135.

Someone needs to teach him to sit down on his punches and fix his weird stance/feet.

Those are the things that hold him back imo. Man has to start sitting on his punches without the happy feet. Right now, he does this:

An elite opponent is throwing a left hook inside of that wind up and putting him out like Donaire vs Darchinyan.

I always look at things from a perspective of who is hardest to beat. That's why Tyson Fury and Canelo are my current top 2 P4P as I believe that are the hardest two guys P4P in the world to beat. I put Stevenson above Haney as I think he is harder to beat than Haney, but it's still early days at world level for both, so we will see. Nash out.

              It's not even a question.

              Shakur by 1000000000000000000000000000000 miles.

That's easy. Shakur is a lot better.

                    Both have that unlimited potential.
IF I had to CHOOSE one tho... Shakur Stevenson.

Both are @ the infancy of their abilities.
Will be a ride watching these fighters grow.
