Regardless of who's fault it is, he's not the Champion. He can't be, it makes no sense.

I couldn't care less about elevations, franchise titles, diamond titles, super titles and the rest.

All I know is Lomachenko won the WBC title, he then lost it to Lopez and Lopez then lost it to Kambosos. That's what I know.

I also know that Haney has never won a world title, never beat a current world champion or fought for a vacant world title.

Now, it's a business and I can respect that, so maybe Loma's team saw Haney as a high risk/low reward type situation. But he did avoid that mandatory, no question about that.
He fought Lopez to unify the titles…. Lmao. Haney is a nickel holding up a dollar. Anyone who thinks Haney gives Loma any threat is insane.

They’ve already said Davis will never fight Loma. So Loma fights Kambosos after Commey hopefully, and then you get all the other fights if they’ll take him. Kambosos will fight anyone just like Loma.

Just curious, did you ever consider Lennox Lewis the WBC champion? He received that belt in almost the identical way that Haney did. The only difference is that the WBC didn't create a fake belt for Bowe to avoid his mandatory.

I don't consider anyone that's "elevated" to champion as World Champion.

If they unify against another champion then I'd consider it legitimate.

There's no logic to being given a world title belt.

And Lomachenko didn't vacate the title either like Rid**** Bowe did.

Haney only gets into trouble because his promoters and the public has been pressuring him into giving "exciting" fights. If Haney wanted to be an boring ******, he could pot-shot-run-away on anybody at 135 with ease. No one has the speed or length to catch him on the way out after he lands. Use your common sense, why else would Loma duck him?

Haney has no power and he makes a lot of mistakes so I see him vs any of the top guys at 135 or 140 playing out exactly like Canelo vs BJS and Plant
Haney only makes mistakes when he tries to please the crowd. If he really wanted to, he could jab and run for 12 rounds. You guys need to use common sense. There is a reason Loma, Leo, Tank don't want to fight him. He's the fastest lightweight by far and has the longest reach. You can't do anything with him if you don't have equal measurables.

Obviously Haney is very beatable if he strays away from the punch and run, but as I said, no one has the physical tools to FORCE him to do it.

You are blinded by your own "common sense," it seems. Try relying on what should be plain before your eyes. Haney may have physical attributes that give him advantages over other LWs, but based on his in-ring performances, they don't put him out of their league. The dude clearly has many flaws but being a crowd pleaser isn't one of them because he's actually pretty fcking boring to watch. Not sure what you are seeing. Jojo is the wee-ist midget of a man with 11-inch arms and he was repeatedly landing on and hurting him. Haney is a decent boxer, but he's got AJ fighting instincts. GK is going to take this kid out.

Lomachencko chose not to fight his mandatory. So did Bowe and both gave up to the WBC belt. Lewis was elevated to WBC champion in the same way Haney was. There is no difference other than the WBC created the franchise belt for Lomachencko.

What did Lomachenko say? That he didn't want to fight Haney? I don't think Lomachenko cares less. Bob Arum asked the WBC about the Franchise stuff, Loma just following suit.

Rid**** Bowe openly didn't want to fight Lennox. I don't see them as the same at all.

                    Bower was stripped, Lomachenko wasn't.

But no I didn't consider Lewis champion until he unified. I don't consider anyone champion if they didn't fight for a belt.

Re-read what I wrote. I know Devin is the most boring fighter alive, I said that already. What you see as flaws in Devin, is really just him straying away from his punch and run game plan. And he strays away from the game plan, only when he tries to exchange with fighters, to please the crowd.

JoJo wasn't repeatedly doing anything, except for the times Haney stood in front of him. Otherwise it was Jab-Jab-Hook and he was outta there. This whole conversation is funny to me because I actually don't like Haney....but I also have a brain and can clearly see why no one wants to fight him.

I hope to god that Haney fights GK and is an underdog, because I will be making some good money off that fight.

But the people in Vegas aren't ******....Haney will not be an underdog to GK
