            No its not paranoia. Its one of the limited tools humans have to cut down on the speed of a plague.

            Was just watching a documentary on Russian history, and in one section (1770s) it goes, about a third of Moscow's population died within 6 months. Just like that.

            Until people realize how quickly and deadly a pandemic can become, we will have these silly conversations. And most pandemics/plagues take 2-6 years to play out. We not there yet.

            How would you deal with a plague?

            Name some solutions where restrictions on travel are permitted:

            b)

                    Let me know how the first batch of travel restrictions went. Or the second. Or the third. Or the fourth. Not all Virus is the same, and you're talking like this bull**** is the plague.
