I think primarily because of the VADA testing regime. UKAD do very little testing in British boxing and don't USADA offer a "negotiable" testing regime? I could definitely be wrong but I'm not aware of either of them offering a 365/24/7 program. It's not actually a question of the organisation, it's the lack of any comprehensive year round testing.

Joshua and his team have no confidence in his ability to take a punch.

The Ghost Of Ali is crying.
He could fight once a week and have 200 wins, 0 losses.....easy.

The version of Joshua that beat Klitschko would maybe beat Usyk, but these days are gone. Joshua is a puss.y now, he is just scared to get hit and he will lose again. he can`t just run like he did in Ruiz rematch. He already tried that and lost.

Problem is, Usyk is much better fighter now that the guy that hardly beat Briedis. While Joshua is worse than the version that knocked out many guys.

It was VADA who got Dillian off the hook and saved him from being banned UKAD/BBBoC.

UKAD do have a 365/24/7 program for UK boxers. They can test them at any time, without warning or notice. But they also have the same problem as VADA - lack of resources means they can't test everybody. Carl Froch once complained that UKAD were pestering him with multiple random tests, knocking on his door at 6am and waking up his kids. David Price once complained that UKAD never randomly tested him.

Reading these comments remind me of when AJ lost to Ruiz. So many said that it was a waste of time to do the rematch because AJ would just lose again. Same here. I think that AJ will win the rematch by KO. Both Ruiz and Usyk were guys that AJ took lightly and did not take as a threat. I think he is similar to Lewis in that regard and, just like Lewis, he comes back angrier and better in the rematches. We will see in a couple months from now. But I just hope all the guys on here saying that AJ is done, I hope you all come back after he wins to eat crow.

Yes, a fair point in isolation. The reality is that ukad is seriously underfunded, does very little testing and, at least as far as I'm aware doesn't offer a 365/24/7 program?

So, as you say, they can but don't. As I said, I'm unaware of them offering a specific 365/24/7 program at the fighters expense that guarantees being randomly tested throughout the year like, for example, VADA do.
