Depends what type of consumer you are. You’ve got guys like Tessitore or Ranallo whom are the types that are required to WAKE the viewer. They’re given the prototypical stats, live on air, some BG circumstances etc… then you need fighters with the experience to validate the authenticity of the production (commentary). This is where some bias could be played… as far as classic American boxing commentary the last great was Lampley. Love him or hate him, he did his job extremely well, like well schooled for live sports journalism… and no one is perfect.

As far as Mora, mannn I rather him than sleep fest voicery like Algieri or Mares. Mora at least has fun with the commentary.

Enjoy him and Todd,they have a friendly banter going that I find entertaining. It's that smug arse prick Chris that needs to be rolled out like they did that bootleg Busta Rymes looking LZ Granderson, or whatever the fuch his name was. Probably making some serious money commentating college football but someone needs to bring back Gus Johnson. THAT dude was an all time great color guy,love

I can't say this 100% for sure.

But Lopez-Kambo, I'm almost certain that Mora and Mannix had a clip where they discussed the fight pre-fight. And both Mora and Mannix said it would be a clear win for Teo. He was just going to be too much.

Then, during the fight, Mora was saying how he called it, and how he was saying Kambo had a real chance in the fight.

Absolutely hate when people do sh.it like that. Makes it impossible to take anything they say seriously.

Mora has grown on me a lot actually. He was always knowledgeable, but something about him kind of annoyed me before. Probably just his voice honestly lol. I also wish he'd tell Mannix to f**k off with his lame ass jokes, he's lucky Mora is a nice guy and not one of those retired fighters who still has a mean streak.
