Why do Canelo fans get so combative when someone says GGG won both fights

Virtually everyone agrees that GGG won the first fight.

The 2nd fight, I scored very similar to the first. GGG just outworked Canelo similarly to the first fight. He was too active.

The scorecards in the 2nd fight, were enough to BARELY give Canelo a win. One round different on either of the 7-5 Canelo cards, and you have a draw.

We all know Canelo gets great cards in his fights, with the Vegas judging.

Basically, someone saying that GGG won both fights is (not only obvious imo) but very reasonable.

But if you make that comment that GGG won both cleanly, you have all these crybaby Canelo fans coming at you like you just ran through their neighborhood yelling something about their fat mom or something.

Lol. I don't care about those fights. I didn't care the night of, when they read those terrible cards. We all knew what was coming.

Those fights still get talked about a lot on here. I'll give my opinion on them when they are brought up.

Canelo fans acting like Canelo really won those fights or did anything special is just hilarious lol.

Like I said, in Vegas, GGG was 1 round away, on 2 judges cards, from getting a draw. He was 2 rounds away, on 2 judges cards, from getting a win. With the official judges, in Vegas, for a Canelo fight lol. That tells everyone what they need to know about who really won that fight. To say that GGG had no basis to win the 2nd fight is INSANE. You people are nuts lol.

That's all Canelo fans do when grading those fights - 'well Canelo fought Mexican style so he won' - uh what lol. You guys have to try and make up scoring systems to get him a win. It's hilarious.

It's because all they can talk about is RESUME, but they don't understand wins with controversy don't help with you resume. For example if you take regular biology 101 in college and get an A+ grade or take advanced biology and get a D, the A+ in regular biology has a better resume than the D in advanced biology. That's Canelo's resume, every Time he takes a hard class he gets a D. Terence Crawford took a hard class against Shawn Porter and got an A. They also get defensive about Lara and Trout because he did not convincingly beat them and unlike Ward and Floyd did not give rematches for their controversial wins, this is why he will never be great like them. I had ward beating kovelev the first time but it doesn't matter as long as a lot of people had the other guy wining you must give them the rematch or else the score isn't truly settled, Floyd knows this, ward knows this, canelo knows it too he's just afraid to take that L.
