But fury can fight AJ even if Aj loses to Usyk. Aj is a good name for fury resume. If fury wants to do well in fantasy fights with lennox kewis, Aj is a good name to bring to table.
Plus AJ won't fight fury coming off of a loss to usyk, AJ will likely have a few comeback wins before fighting fury. Also AJ beat fury in sparring, surely fury wants to beat AJ and people will still want it.
2 great fighters fighting each other why not? Pac got sparked and still wanted to see him v floyd, thurman and spence

Let’s get this right, two notable wins (with the same heavily flawed wilder) no other defences, a fight with uzyk which he may also lose.
assuming he wouldn’t lose to usyk if that happened then, fight Joshua and retire?
let me get this right, I make that three defences of whatever titles and retire with what would be only 34 fights.
      that’s fackin shocking!
vladimir klitchko 64/5 with 53ko wins! That’s almost double in both wins and double in kos than fury’s had fights.
also with 15 defences of various world titles.
      joe luis 66/3
mike Tyson 50/6 with 44 kos
jack dempsey 53/6 with 43 kps
Larry Holmes 69/6 with 44 kos
the list goes on and on and on and on….what’s this kunt on about when he declares himself “the king”?
As far history goes, he ain’t a scratch on any of the above by far and there’s much more to achieve in terms of becoming a modern great which he definitely is not.
yes, he moves very well and now with sugar hill, he has got better But I think him spouting “legacy” chit we keep hearing from various
Boxers too, there’s much more to do before reaching greatness.
      example,
saul Alvarez is and has been facing everyone and in my view already a modern great.
      floyd mayweather modern great.
      barrera modern great
      pacman modern great and beyond
      marquez modern great
      Roy Jones junior modern great
etc etc etc but the point here is, they faced all comers INCLUDING all the other elite.
what’s fury done? Beat wilder, now looking for a pumped up cruiserweight or Anthony Joshua then finished, not modern great I’m afraid.
no in the words of the great British actor Alan Ford……”fack off”.

Joshua fighting Usyk straight away make no sense and AJ's management should be making that clear to him.

        1) He's got no plan to win- why else would he be wandering around America visiting gyms?
        2) Once he has a plan he would be best served by trying it out in a warm-up- see Wilder in the third Fury fight.
        3) It's not an undisputed fight and he can guarantee that by letting Fury fight Usyk first. Also, his bargaining position with Fury/Usyk is great if he signs as part of a step-aside deal.
        4) Fury/Joshua is the biggest money fight by far and if Usyk beats him he devalues it severely; if he wins he'll likely be tied up with Usyk for a trilogy.

Taking on Usyk straight away is understandable as a fighter's instinct but that is what management is for.

          It makes perfect sense.

The boxing world can move and change very fast, it was a must that Joshua took the rematch.

As Anthony Joshua has stated himself 'Learning is over, this is war'.

Anthony Joshua just has to revert back to type, be more aggressive and use the attributes that won him a Olympic Gold medal.

None of this intricate, technical super light attitude he has been adopting of late.

All Joshua can do, is leave it all in the ring 'If he wins, he wins. If loses, at-least he knows he completely emptied his tank'.

I personally think Joshua is going to win the rematch via stoppage.

Joshua will lose the rematch .It's clear to see Joshua fought his best fight against Usyk and any changes will be foreign to him with very little time to adapt and it will probably make it easier for Usyk as Joshua reverts to swinging having run out of ideas. Joshua should fight Whyte and KO him again and then fight the Fury v Usyk winner it's his only realistic shot to get in the big picture.

We is really needed to settle all of this? FIGHTS!!!. This business of one fight every year or two is a joke.

I agree with Tyson but I have a better idea. Tyson is going to defend the WBC title why doesn’t he offer AJ a shot ? I would think that AJ would pass up a rematch with Usyk to challenge Fury.

Uysk isn't unbeatable, Briedis nearly did it and Fury is 10x better than him.

Usyk outpointing a soft, gun shy, glass jaw Joshua doesn't mean he beats a monster like Tyson Fury.
