I think most people would put Chocolatito, Estrada, Sor Rungvisai, and Cuadras above all four of them and people just want to see the rematches between those four.

I'm going to watch this fight but I have Ioka a level below those four and I have Ancajas several levels below Ioka, unless Ioka is just totally shot.
When you have a stacked division with 4 HOF fighters ( Choco-Estrada-Ioka-Nietes), arguably five with Sor Rungvisai, you consider any mix amongst these elite champions as much see tv. I have to disagree with your assessment of Carlos Cuadras's ranking at 115, although I am a fan he not near as accomplished as Ioka, but I think I understand what you are saying : that at 115 he ( Cuadras ) might beat Ioka.

you gotta be kidding me if you think both guys should be ranked higher than ioka and ancajas currently esp cuadras....the way sor getting outboxed silly vs estrada should afftect the rankings too... roman's relevance in the division is his competitiveness vs estrada but even he is not clear cut number 2 , he just is by default due to close fight with the number 1 in the division..

Cuadras has a win over SSR and he got robbed in the first Estrada fight. He lost straight up to Chocolatito but that was a great fight too. Second Estrada fight ended definitively of course but it was a great scrap too.

Cuadras has proven he belongs with all three of those guys in the ring. Ioka has never fought any of the four.

Ancajas isn't that good. He hasn't fought a quality opponent in four years.

Choclatito got robbed in the second Estrada fight and Cuadras got robbed in the first Estrada fight.

ancajas being not good is your opinion. choco getting robbed is your opinion and so is cudras getting robbed by estarda...here's facts, ancajas opponents haven't been the best although he has been asking to fight the best , he has had 9 title defenses so far....imo , he's the best among the pinoy fighters for a long time now but that's just my opinion also and his real potential still reamans to be seen

Ancajas lost a fight against a journeyman and got handed a draw. He's been holding that belt hostage forever and now he's going to get destroyed by an aged Ioka.

                    My SuperFly rankings
                    Estrada
                    Choco/Rung
                    Nietes
                    Ioka
                    Ancajas

Nietes the craftiest and slippery out of all. If it weren't for his age, I'd pick him to beat everyone on that list (already beat Ioka). But alas, father time comes to all.

I do remember scoring the first Juan Francisco Estrada encounter for Carlos Cuadras, but the first meeting with Sor Rung was questionable ; the technical manner that Cuadras had beat SRR left doubt as to how good Cuadras really was -- granted he did go on to prove that he was at the top level with the performances that you mentioned. Lets see how he does vs. Sor Rungvisai II in the upcoming WBC Superfly tournament.

I personally scored Nietes vs. Ioka in favor of Kazuto ; too bad that Donnie vacated the WBO, I wanted to see the rematch. Its also worth mentioning that JFE vacant the 'Super' WBA flyweight title and moved up to 115, even though the WBA called for a purse-bid for Kazuto Ioka ( the regular WBA flyweight champion ) vs. Juan Francisco Estrada ( Super flyweight champ ). Nevertheless, the Japanese 4 weight-champ has had a outstanding HOF career.

It will be interesting to see where the boxing experts rank Kazuto Ioka and Carlos Cuadras, should they be successful vs. Ancajas & Rungvisai. The Superfly division is the best division in boxing.
