but he was scared. remember when he ducked him for years? amir khan liam smith? fighting at a fake division he created? dropping his mw belt instead of fighting ggg? fighting chavez jr at super middle but saying he was too small for mw? what was all that sh-it. cognitive dissonance for all! none of this happened right! and if you needed further evidence he just did the same thing to beterbiev. he wasnt too small for kovalev...then he was too small for beterbiev...now hes not too small for makabu...you realize that makes no sense right? hes just full of crap. doesnt mean hes a crappy fighter but stop with the whole hero worship. hes a good fighter that is carefully picking his fights. its the same blueprint others have done. you probably have to go back to oscar to find a guy who wanted the best in their primes and didnt do this song and dance

Let's see how it goes for him at cruiserweight. If he feels no drop off in his level then I can definitely see him challenging Usyk for his belts.
alright well just going to copy and paste this since you seem to be having some trouble with your memory...

i guess if canelo fights beterbiev in a couple years he wasnt scared of him either! history revisers coming in to rewrite history and defend their heroes! then they will turn around and pretend to be unbiased followers of the sport with no allegiance, yet no unbiased person would ever go to such great lengths to pretend things like canelo stalling and delaying the ggg fight didnt happen, or that canelo not fighting beterbiev because of size reasons didnt happen, and that it doesnt make a lick of sense because now hes fighting makabu. in the good old days you could just blame promotional issues. you cant lie and say its based on size then completely contradict yourself by fighting bigger guys. canelo gave away the game!

If he feels good at cruiser and Usyk wins the Joshua rematch then don't be surprised if Canelo asks for that fight.

              I firmly believe it.

Usyk is the only heavyweight that is within the realm of possibility for Canelo.

If Canelo won't fight Beterbiev why would he ever fight Usyk?

                  Inoue above Josh Taylor lol

I have a very difficult time now with Estradas ranking also as he clearly lost to Chocolatito.
                  Chocolatito >Estrada, period.

Usyk is the only heavyweight champion that is of a reasonable size for Canelo to have a chance against.

If he beats Makabu and then wants a title in a 6th weight class that's the only realistic road for him.
