Hatton was Good and i respect him but he did look like an idiot against Pac jumping in with his hands held low. Telling people before the fight to bet their houses on him didn't make things better either.

Even though i dont like his style and never really rate him that much, i can still appreciate what he brings sometimes into the ring, He doesnt lose fight he was suppose to win imo and with his limited abilities and loudish fanatic fans he did bring a lot to british boxing.

Hatton did well, he fought the best available competition bar a certain Brtish JWW at all times. He was in one of the weaker divisions, but he took on all of them, he then stepped up and tried to take on the very best, and got outclassed by 2 great fighters.

Showed ambition to be the best, by fighting the best, not cherry picking.
By World standards he had a good to very good career.
By British standards he had a great career.

Who dd he pick on like that? Lazcano?

He had plenty of good wins, he was a tough good pressure fighter just not good enough.

His resume is impressive for his limited ability: Tszyu, Maussa, Malignaggi, Lazcano, Urango, Castillo, Collazo. Only two losses have come at the hands of the two P4P best fighters at the time

I think he over-acheived. To get to where he got with that style and the limited physical attributes he had was pretty good. He'll never be up there with the Mayweathers but he was a world class fighter.

He is a world class boxer. Losing to pacman and mayweather jr is no shame.

Hatton's quality I think .Good laugh .Couple of quality jokes .Against Mayweather he said all he does is run so he's got 2 new sparring partners in , Forrestt Gump and f-----g Carl Lewis .Post fight . Everything was going alright till I f-----g slipped.Been good for boxing over the years , build up to fights post fights and world title action. Never been short of entertainment .We need people like Hatton for boxing . Hope his promotions picks up as well and he helps get more boxing on the tv

Hatton is a decent fighter to be fair, only those who are biased would say he is a bum or clearly have no clue about boxing. He stepped up and got knocked out, these guys were not bums who knocked him out, these were elite fighters. Hatton deserves a little more respect then he gets, he aint great but he was a force for some years and had a decent career.
