I thought Torres won and saw nothing from Jose that leads me to believe that he'll ever be a quality fighter.

If I were José, I wouldn't watch the fight... Because as arrogant and delusional as he might be, he may have a brief moment of lucidity and realise just how horrible his performance was. Might shatter what remains of his fragile confidence..

I hate judging a book by its cover and I know nothing about him and he may be the nicest guy in the world. But Jose looks like a real prick of a person.

Going forward with hands down, hardly throwing punches, trying for the one punch knock out? Then having the arrogance to think you won every round?! I can tell you how you didn't win the fight. Torrez was actually trying to win and you expected a gift decision! And what a prick this chump is! Hope we don't see him again any time soon!MeanestNiceGuy likes this.

This was back in 07 watching him spar Pac and Porter down at Wild Card, back when David was a chubby kid on ESNEWS lolLast edited by supRa; 11-15-2021, 07:58 AM.Boxing fan1981 likes this.

Just hang em up.
He got shot because he was either buying or selling drugs (seems to be a staple in that family, sadly) and hasn't been the same since. His career's been a total bust! They're doing their best to prove he has something left but you can see it in his eyes....he's done.
He fought Herrera (and arguably lost) and got stopped by Crawford- that's a sum of his entire career. So much promise and no delivery.
