  • JMM was an ATG featherweight, just 2-3 at WW.
Marquez was like lots of small fighters who had to move up for better money but were not the same fighter at the heavier weight.

    • The punch stats for that fight are crazy.

Easily the most embarrassing night of Marquez's career.

            • Mystery of this fight Marquez carrying some flab

Floyd had a training injury so Marquez had extra time to lean bulk

You are missing the point. It's not about if you thought Pac beat floyd, or if Floyd won easy, or it was close or not.
It's about people wanting to know how Floyd does in a triology, or rematch with the giants of the sport. We aren't saying Floyd has to rematch everybody he beats easy, like baldomir and guerrer o and gatti. Just reserve for biggest rival or rivals. Just like when.People say Floyd didn't fight outside backyard, we didn't expect a long tour fighting outside vegas, just do it once or twice. And maybe not even against biggest rival. Maybe Hatton in Manchester or Khan in wembley. Just tick it off bucket list

Floyd s got no evidence so we can only guess. Floyd fanboys say Floyd wins 10 out of 10. Well we know fighting 10 times isn't realistic. So if Floyd beat pac just 2 times then maybe the beat pac 10 times wouldn't be so silly a comment, Floyd fanboys might have a point.
I can say Pac would beat barrera 10 out of 10 times as i saw Pac beat barrera twice.. I couldn't say that after 1St fight.

Talked a lot? Plenty of fighters did.

Lying about someone being boring, and, someone talking like everyone else- is no reason for deep seething hatred.

Didn't really KO anybody? Another blatant lie. Back in 07 when he retired his KO ratio was over 80%.
Didn't fight who in their primes? He fought a majority of people in their primes. This thread ran in 09 and. was his return after two years retired.
So more lies aren't reason for deep seething hatred.

Not everybody cares about the sweet science- people want to see blood and KOs...which is why Ali, SRR, SRL, JT, get love and praise today? Thats another blatant lie.

No reason for deep seething hatred either.

Only part of that that made sense was your half hearted admittance that people hated him for being Black.

bro lol nobody knows about pretty boy Floyd

they know about money may and he didnt KO anybody

after 09, besides victor Ortiz? anybody else

Sugar Ray Leonard KO'd Tommy hearns

Besides the fact that Ali is a cultural icon for what he what he stood up for. He KO'd George Foreman

There's a reason these dudes are beloved, they got in there and fought and tried to KO

he didnt even try to KO Marquez, a blown up light weight

Ali fought everybody close to their prime

SRL got in there with Hagler, hearns, Benitez and Duran

who did Floyd fight in their prime.

like theres a severe reason hes not liked like other black fighters like Ali and SRL or even mike Tyson.

and its just not cause hes black
