I don't know how all the issues with this match are going to play out but what I can say is; if their ever was a guy that could pull of the upset againts Mayweather it is definitely Marquez.

Most top Welters would be favourites to beat Marquez.

The one who would be most likely to be able to beat Mayweather is Paul Williams (if they were to fight at 147).
