We all saw how drained 22 year old Canelo was at 152 imagine how drained he'd be today at 154

Nelo would need a huge weight ''advantage'' to beat May. And that would not be May's best version by far !
Nelo had a big age gap in his favor. He was young enough where a slight dip in weight would not be that detrimental.

And what part of the fight did Canelo appear drained, did he have a snap on his punches, did he gas or have stamina, was he pushed around or led around, can you point it out I cant see it? was he weight affected probably but we don't know he showed no signs during the fight, was he weight drained no.

if mayweather and canelo were the same weight on fight night at their primes then mayweather beats him every time. mayweather is better at literally everything except power.

it is what it is. mayweather was 36 and canelo was 23, they were able to fight before mayweather retired and canelo learned a lot from his schooling.

mayweather is only low 150s on fight night. he isnt fighting canelo who is over 180, its not happening in any weird match up. he already gave up 15 pounds when he schooled him, now people want him to give up 30 pounds so they can hear people say mayweather would lose.

Canelo would hurt Floyd if they were both in their prime at 160. God damn, Maidana was hurting Floyd and had an extremely close fight that some people thought was a draw and some thought Maidana deserved the victory. Maidan was a slower, brawler type with not nearly the skills of current Canelo. Floyd would have to drag Canelo down to a weight where he would be compromised considerably and even then Canelo might be too much for him. Maybe a 152 catch weight would suffice, and maybe not, if it’s the current version of Canelo….Then again, the current Canelo isn’t going to cut down to 152.

It depends on weight... Floyd got worked by madanna... but Floyd below 140 is a different story. But that's always gonna be the catch. At catch weight lol. Floyd picked a perfect weight where he could still handle canelo... would that change with this version of canelo? Probably not because canelo is better at this weight... unless you are thugnelo in which case canelo would beat Robinson at welter! Lol

We aren't sure if nel o can fight this well at 154. But if he had this experience at 154 he'd beat floyd. Any version.

                      So. Lack of experience, huh
Your theory will somehow have to find a way of removing May's experience.
Just because a guy fight more, doesn't mean they obtain enough experience to beat a guy. Especially a guy on May's level.
If a guy fights 20 bums after losing to May, what good is that experience ?!?!?!?

I love the ''If'' Game.....what IF May was a natural MW with stable hands

How's that for an if ???
