Unfortunately not, as good as canelo is and his quick path to the unification of the titles was excellent. Its not great for the division as a fan when a cash cow enters the weightclass. Everyone is scared of picking up a loss and missing that payday.

Charlo did win the Canelo "sweepstakes", but Canelo vacated. Funny how you keep forgetting about that. Lets be real, y'all ain't got faith in Canelo. He can't beat Biev or Bivol. He doesn't want Charlo or Andrade. He's going to come back in May and fight some weak ass tune up on short notice. That's how Canelo rolls. According to Canelo's people. A guy who got popped for roids then lied about it is so trustworthy. That's called damage control. That's called saving face.
