Along with his wife who’s part of pbc. Will that influence the judges in a close fight?

Does anyone know if the judges were selected solely by Plant/Haymon Side or if Canelo had a say in the selection?

I do believe this will be a much more competitive fight than what most think. So the judges may be crucial in this one.

He’s also never faced an Al Haymon fighter who’s local to the city they are fighting in and has a wife who’s part of that promotional team.

I understand a lot of folks here hate Canelo but no it’s not right to get robbed. The first GGG fight was the only one that could have gone to GGG but when scored rd by rd you see Canelo bagged atleast 5 rds in that fight so a one two point fight is still a very close fight so a draw was not out of the question.

But I get it the Canelo hate is strong here so level headed responses are usually not followed by his detractors.

Good points but What if Haymon is looking to get that 3 fight deal he wanted from Canelo at any cost? He robs him Saturday then a rematch and canelo settles the score but then it’s 1-1 so they need the tie breaker and bam Haymon got his 3 fight deal he wanted with canelo.

Despite seeing a mid/late KO for Canelo I know it's no predetermined outcome and it could be an interesting fight.

Now to the topic Canelo lost a clear decision to Floyd but in no way did he lose “every rd” but that’s a trend that I’ve noticed folks like to rewrite history and exaggerate the crap out of it. At the end of the day Canelo was not awarded the win the way say Floyd was with Castillo a fight where he clearly lost.

cudda shudda wudda very close fights like Lara and GGG Sure but Canelo has yet to be awarded a clear robbery WIN the way Floyd got with Castillo. But you would never think that they way his haters love to exaggerate outcomes.

Reminds me of when people use to say Oscar could never get robbed yet got screwed over twice i the Trinidad and Mosley 2nd fight.
