How exactly is he a cherry picker? He could have avoided Canelo if he was.

Golovkins only top opponents his entire career was vs canelo and deryvchenko who both beat him. Golovkin was scared to take any chances his entire career and was content fighting cab drivers till canelo beat him up. Daniel jacobs is a not that good he got dropped by Sergio mora and gifted decisions vs deryvchenko and more recently gabe rosado he’s just not that good zee uzcatagui that plant dominated would easily beat jacobs. BJS career signature win was against David Lemieux. He was a decent fighter but also one that never took a risk in his career till canelo beat him up. Callum smith isn’t good at all would lose to uzi like cmon man. The egg will give the ginger a good fight better than any previous opponents and will definitely win some rounds
      1. I know what I am talking about. Benavidez has been calling out like forever before he got that suspension and before he messed up on the scale with his weight, The Benavidez brothers had to even go to Plant's gym to call him out, and that caused quite some scuffle in that gym that day still Plant backed out. When Benavidez finally lost his belt on scale he started yapping his mouth and talking rubbish.

      2. Let's not even talk about Golovkin coz when Golovkin was in his prime he was avoided like plague coz the other fighters knew he would kill them and Canelo was the one that has balls to face him then. I truly believe even now that if Golovkin step up to 168lbs he would destroy Plant even at his age.

      3. Pls who has Caleb Plant faced that is even worth a top name? Mike Lee? Pls go check Caleb Plant resume and you will be shocked how weak his resume is. Why didn't he challenge himself and fight top voluntaries to unify as champion coz he was scared.

      4. You said Caleb Plant would beat BJS. That's ridiculous coz Plant isn't even that smart. BJS might not have fought top fighters either but see how he made David Lemieux looked. BJS IMO was even winning on points before that stinging uppercut that Canelo gave him.

      5. Callum Smith would destroy Caleb Plant had they met. Don't even go there.

Caleb Plant has been protected by PBC and only smart people know this. Caleb is about to he exposed. He is only here for the pay day.

Hate? I'm no hater bro. Go check Caleb Plant resume, very weak. If he was a top dog he would have been thinking and pushing for unification of titles but yet he was content to hold his little belt. Now he's gonna know what's up after Canelo is done with him. Anyway he's getting a fat pay check for this one so he should be alright after the whooping he is going to get.

completely disagree. I think most experts prior to Canelo’s move up to 168 would’ve put plant and Benavidez as the two top fighters in the division.

Smith beat no one bar Groves in the super 6. Saunders was a natural 160 and only moved up as he was frozen out of fights at 160.

it’s totally understandible that plant and then Benavidez will give him the hardest fights at 168. Canelo has only demonstrated the ability to close distance on taller fighters against a shot Kovalev and Smith who had a short camp and fought scared. I think both Plant and Benavidez would e beaten both Smith and Saunders with relative ease, particularly Saunders due to the massive height and reach advantages. Smith had zero footwork and rhythm.

Styles make fight and Plant has never fought with a fighter that can actually knocked the f out of a fighter to sleep. Callum Smith would have walked him down with brutal body punches. Callum Smith has pop in his punches and put people to sleep actually.

If you say Benavidez would come out as winner of both fights in Smith and BJS I won't argue but Caleb Plant? Hell No! After what I saw against Caleb Truax I believe Caleb Plant is overrated.

Also you highlighted that fact that BJS is a 160lbs fighter who jumped up in weight. If Caleb Plant was a top dog and a killer, why didn't he jump on that fight to be made quickly since he is the bigger fighter that can easily bully BJS with his weight especially after BJS got the WBO belt? Coz he is not so sure he can even win that fight as well. Caleb Plant is mentally weak. And Canelo would show him levels.

Caleb Plant fight with Canelo would be less impressive coz it would be a one-sided beat up & beat down that Canelo would dish to him. He has nothing for Canelo.

His resume might be weak. He’s had only three fights since he won the IBF belt, can you and the guys he should have gone after?
Crawford’s 34 and has a ****ty resume at 147. Five fight against novices.
I’d say Plant’s had a better resume than Crawford at their respective weights. The kicker being Plant’s got a good 4 years to build his legacy.

If Plant really does have the hunger to win it could very well be a dog fight. Saturday is the truth serum and we will see who walks away undisputed. I'm looking forward to this one no matter who wins.

He's right. He lost before the bell rang. If he had a chance in hell he wouldn't be in there.
