Also you highlighted that fact that BJS is a 160lbs fighter who jumped up in weight. If Caleb Plant was a top dog and a killer, why didn't he jump on that fight to be made quickly since he is the bigger fighter that can easily bully BJS with his weight especially after BJS got the WBO belt? Coz he is not so sure he can even win that fight as well. Caleb Plant is mentally weak. And Canelo would show him levels.

Caleb Plant fight with Canelo would be less impressive coz it would be a one-sided beat up & beat down that Canelo would dish to him. He has nothing for Canelo.

Styles make fight and Plant has never fought with a fighter that can actually knocked the f out of a fighter to sleep. Callum Smith would have walked him down with brutal body punches. Callum Smith has pop in his punches and put people to sleep actually.

If you say Benavidez would come out as winner of both fights in Smith and BJS I won't argue but Caleb Plant? Hell No! After what I saw against Caleb Truax I believe Caleb Plant is overrated.

Again, disagree. Smith isn’t a pressure fighter who walks people down. Plus he fought smaller fighters like groves with a significant height and reach advantage which he wouldn’t have over plant. Agree that Calum has pop but I think his footwork sucks and he’d struggle to land on plant due to that. Slow feet, little rhythm. He only succeeded at 168 due to his size.

Calling him a bum is out of line he would beat everyone on canelos record. He’s much better than BJS, Liam smith, Daniel jacobs, Amir khan, Avni yildrim, callum smith,and the same golovkin he beat lost to dervychenko.poor dervy got robbed.I just think it’ll be closer than people think. Nobody here should be calling Caleb Plant a bum, but Plant hasn't beaten ANYBODY the caliber of a Danny Jacobs, Callum Smith, BJS, Amir Khan, etc, so how in the world you figure that Plant definitely beats the GGG that Canelo fought is beyond me. I will give you Avni Yildirim though. Plant definitely beats Yildirim on his best day. Uzcategui is marginally better than Yildirim. He was that weak of a champion.

Caleb is the one with a tall order in front of him and not the other way round. He is in for a rude awakening. I don't see Caleb plant doing much in this match apart from the beating he is going to get. He isn't as slick as BJS who is a southpaw. Caleb Plant won't give Canelo much issues to figure out plus Caleb's defense his so much overrated. He got hit so much against Truax in the face flush. Had Truax had a pop in his punch Plant would have gone to coma in that match. I see Canelo dishing a brutal knockout to Caleb Plant.

if plant conditioning can hold up he will give the heavy footed Canelo some Problems ah la Lara but with a lil more offense coming back at him. Caleb definitely has a chance especially if he starts fast. Canelo approach has change a little over the last few fights and he is more dependent on his power and is losing more rounds banking on the KO.

1. I know what I am talking about. Benavidez has been calling out like forever before he got that suspension and before he messed up on the scale with his weight, The Benavidez brothers had to even go to Plant's gym to call him out, and that caused quite some scuffle in that gym that day still Plant backed out. When Benavidez finally lost his belt on scale he started yapping his mouth and talking rubbish.

2. Let's not even talk about Golovkin coz when Golovkin was in his prime he was avoided like plague coz the other fighters knew he would kill them and Canelo was the one that has balls to face him then. I truly believe even now that if Golovkin step up to 168lbs he would destroy Plant even at his age.

3. Pls who has Caleb Plant faced that is even worth a top name? Mike Lee? Pls go check Caleb Plant resume and you will be shocked how weak his resume is. Why didn't he challenge himself and fight top voluntaries to unify as champion coz he was scared.

Caleb Plant has been protected by PBC and only smart people know this. Caleb is about to he exposed. He is only here for the pay day.

2. David lemiuex is a BUM. BJS great career win. Uzagatagui would’ve KOd lemiuex. To be fair I think BJS would’ve done ok with uzi but based off his Andy lee and Eubanks jr fights that’s not a given. Uzi is better than Eubanks jr and Andy lee.
3. golovkin being avoided is a bit of a myth.
he never once tested himself. He preferred to fight euro bum cab drivers. He never tried to fight jermaine Taylor hopkins or kelly pavlik all who would’ve beat him. Especially hopkins and pavlik. Prime Pavlik would’ve KOd lil g into outer space. Hell let’s be honest he didn’t even try to fight old ass Sergio Martinez or Miguel cotto till cotto was 40. Then lil g ducked Andre ward and refused to fight anyone except canelo. Which is where his career has been for the last 5 years. GGG is not a HOFamer. Canelo gets my respect cause he has challenged himself and gone out of his comfort zone but lil g is overated and lost the best 2 fighters he ever faced one of them which has never even won a world title (dervychenko). U can make an argument he possibly won the 1st canelo fight. But even if u give him that victory he’s still not a HOFame level fight. Beating one great fighter in ur entire career doesn’t make u great.
