  • Comments Thread For: Hearn: If Tommy Fury Loses To Jake Paul - It Would Be The Most Embarrassing Thing

Promoter Eddie Hearn believes Tommy Fury should go in hiding if he loses the upcoming fight with Youtube star turned boxer, Jake Paul. Paul turned pro on a Matchroom show in January 2020, with an easy knockout victory over Youtube rival AnEsonGib.

It would be and I think he will lose lol
Fury is just muscles without the talent, he needs to upskill fast and get quality sparring and trainer (not Ricky Hatton) or he's definitely losing to that other Phag

It's families like the Fury's that give gypsies a bad name. Drug dealing, assaulting people, drug cheating, con artists..... just scum.

Tyson Fury always says his family have been in boxing & bareknuckle fighting since, whenever, going back about 10 generations. If Tommy gets splattered by a Youtube guy that is beyond humiliation, its like saying, all that work, all that family lore, you never knew nothing & you never achieved nothing. The only one that achieved anything was Tyson & he had to go get a brother from Detroit to teach him to box. Tommy has GOT to win. I mean this is beyond personal.

If he beats Fury, your can only tip your hat to Jake Paul for putting the work in to be an aspiring boxer.

OK. Maybe its because I was RC, however lapsed, that I'd never call a group of people scum. I mean, individuals, Tony Blair, Donald Trump, Anjam Chaudhury, yes, but never a group. Also, you may know more than me but I don't recall anyone accusing the Furies of getting involved in drug dealing. If you know better please enlighten us. When you say 'con artists' I'm afraid to say everyone around the sport does that. Its a hardscrabble business. If someone says, 'they sold tickets to watch Eric Molina fight his heart out against Babic', um, yeah sorry, if you bought tickets yo got conned. Is what it is.

There were refunds for DW pulling out. And it turned out to be a good night of boxing. Any any **** about UK judges, look at the Castanada decision because that could have gone close to the Brit (who I thought nicked it with clean work)
