That's a damn shame. Claims to be a big boxing fan, yet doesn't know who Floyd's opponent is? Ok, I'll actually give him the benefit of the doubt and give him that he doesn't remember who Floyd's fighting. No biggie.

He's simply trying to steal boxing's audience on Sept. 19 which I don't believe
will have a big impact on the May-Marquez bout. In fact, a lot of folks will be switching back and forth between both events for those who care enough to watch the UFC, and have two or more TV's at home or at a sports bar.

Saying that people will be paying to watch Floyd run around the ring and not fight is an ignorant rant and unfair.

I've seen many UFC fighters playing tag and dropping to the ground, running the clock out with no action from either fighter to the point where the ref has to separate them and re-start the match again.

It's great when a KO happens in the UFC, but it's not always the case.

Casual fans aren't buying UFC cards for the fighters, but rather because of the BRAND. UFC has done an incredible job of marketing UFC as an entity, rather than market their fighters individually for the sole reason that their fighters will come and go, but a BRAND will last longer. They're marketing the BRAND as exciting and worth the money which is something boxing can't do.
