Comments Thread For: Eric Molina Confident He Has a Solid Shot To Blast Out Alen Babic

Heavyweight contender Eric Molina believes he has a very good shot of beating undefeated Croatian contender Alen Babic. The two fighters will battle in an eight round bout as part of the DAZN streamed undercard to the Chantelle Cameron vs. Mary McGee unification at The O2 in London on Saturday night.

Not really sure if Babic can go far, I don’t think so, but Molina is a big sh.ithouse these days that likes to find a comfortable place on the canvas when it gets heavy

Babic is a CW. A must win if he expects to be taken seriously. He keeps calling out Hrgovic. It is funny because he is the only one who will fight Hrgovic yet they won’t accept his challenge. If Babic gets rid of Molina early would they fight him then? A stay busy fight if Hrgovic can’t secure an opponent soon. Kevin Johnson would be a good opponent for Babic to see if he can go 10 rounds.

I remember Molina telling the same things before the Fabio Wardley fight.

Still, Babic is really poor. I will put a few cents on the upset, even on a draw. With eight rounds, anything can happen.

Babic to get a tko here - Molina won't be cute enough to get out of the way.

I’m not sure this is it, man. At first, I thought he just lacked cajones, but watching Molina recently, he just looks comfortable taking checks as a journeyman to pad fighter’s records with a ‘name’.

No way a promoter will risk there ‘up and comer’ with a guy who just sparked someone out last week, so he’ll keep taking dives to keep those calls coming; see vs Wardley
