Cotto is already a Hall of Famer, will beating Pacquiao catapult him to ATG top 100 ?

However, if his last 4 fights are Pac, Floyd, Mosley, and Marg, and he emerges from that with only 1 loss, he'd be one of the better Welterweights in recent memory. Probably still not quite an ATG, but definitely a first ballot HOF.
Come on the guy basically beats all top ten welterweight and he still not ATG. Cleaning out the whole division and still not ATG. I cant believe it.

Man, come on. There is no bigger Cotto fan than me, but he's not even really that close to being an ATG.

I know there is a difference, but Mosley had been fairly inactive up until that point nontheless. My point is that Williams has a convincing victory over an old elite fighter and Cotto has a spotty victory over an old elite fighter. Am I right or wrong about that?

I think it's probably that it's either two losses or one loss but no Mayweather fight though.

He may be able to build up a Floyd fight again if everything falls into place for Floyd while Cotto re-establishes himself with wins over the likes of Mosley and Margarito.

I think Miguel beats Mosley and Margarito for the record. And I feel he definitely beat Mosley the first time.

Beating Pacquiao will not "catapult" him to the top 100 ATG (LMFAO!). Here's the truth. Cotto is the larger man. Manny beating Cotto is more significant than the other way around.

And the brutal loss to Margarito, the controversial decision over Clottey, the running from Shane in the championship rounds and the suspect chin all keep him from Top 100 ATG status IMO. No way in hell will he break into the Top 100. He'll go on to lose his biggest fights before he retires (Paquiao, Shane & Margarito rematches, Mayweather).

                      Hell no

What is Cotto's best win?? Old past it Mosley.

Winky wins has beaten Mosleyx2, schooled Tito. Arguably beat Taylor,Hopkins and Varger
