Get up close and dirty seems to be the prevailing view of what he should have done. It was nowhere near as prevalent prior to the fight when plenty on here thought he should use his length and fight at range but that's internet experts for you.

Joshua has avenues to win. So does Usyk.

People seem to have forgotten that this was a really good fight. Usyk was aggressive early and won rounds contrary to what most thought he'd do, then Joshua started going to the body and won some of the middle rounds. Then Usyk brought it home in the latter rounds. It was an exceptional performance by Usyk and a very deserved win.

If I know one thing about Joshua it's that he'll be prepared for the rematch. And Usyk is a model pro.

I favour Usyk in the rematch. All the talk is about what Joshua will do, but not the fact that Usyk is a master at adapting during fights.

I think they'll both improve for the rematch. I'll go Usyk a 70/30 favourite. Either way, the winner will have earned every bit of credit coming their way.

Hatton’s win over Tszyu is arguably more impressive than any of AJ’s wins. He pulled off the upset by attacking and smothering the superior technical fighter.

If AJ sits back and tries to box again then he probably gets stopped. His only chance is to fight uncharacteristically aggressively and I doubt he can. Sometimes you are who you are and nothing can change that.

AJ is done. Whether its mental or physical, its over for him.

Come on man, this isn’t just a ‘cruizerweight’, this guy’s top class. I called this years ago, but you’re talking as if AJ should’ve beaten the guy and that Usyk had no right to be in the ring with him.

NO. I tell you now that, even if I’m the only person going that thought this, Joshua was the underdog going into that one and it played out like I expected.

I’m telling you know that there is no strategy Joshua could use to win that and that if he starts aiming to hurt the man instead of ‘fighting scared’ like everyone assumes he was, Usyk will set him on fire. He was in the ring with him and he knows this..

Tszyu lost for the same reason Wilder did. He needs the opponent out at the sweet spot in order to land the right hand. This fight is actually the main reason I picked Fury over Wilder by stoppage the last two times. Hatton always beats Tszyu.

We saw how Usyk looked with 37 year old Chisora. Usyk won but had a very hard time of it. AJ as champion should have had an easy night. AJ's size, power and reach should negate Usyks speed and skill but AJ looked far worse than a 37 year old chisora and was lucky to even finish out all 12 rounds. The difference was Chisora was not afraid to take a few to land his and AJ fought scared the entire time. Getting rocked in the early rounds and again in the late rounds. Also showing very poor stamina where he was winded more than Usyk despite barely throwing.

Yes! someone else sees this. Wilder has huge power but only when he loads up. You got different types of power. Someone like old foreman would land these arm punch looking shots with hardly any body thrown into him that didnt look like much but you see his opponents reactions that they are extremely hard shots.

Fury had a choice that he could either box from the outside and has to fight a perfect fight the entire night or he could crowd wilder on the inside where he has much less power.

yep, ridiculous. What i found even more worrying was that he asked that MItchell guy walking to the ring what he thought of Usyk

60-40 Usyk if he gets a new trainer

Oh yeah? I missed that part. How do you think that impacted his performance because I wasn't aware of what you just mentioned.
