Jamel should've defended himself better nothing was coming back and a bad cut caused by a punch. His body language looked terrible but he also got to be respected for giving Stevenson a opportunity.

I'll give Shakur credit he looked good tonight and was aggressive. I think the stoppage was early and it could've gone 12 but Herring wasn't doing much overall he needed to pressure Shakur but that's not his style. If he continues to fight like that I'll watch still don't like him as a person but he is a skilled boxer and tonight was a good performance on his behalf.

Probably the only way a fighter like Stevenson will get stoppages from here. Should’ve just let it go on. It’s boxing. Fighters will get hit.

I just want to make a note that they do these stoppages to pad guys records. Yea herring was on his way to most likely a points loss. But it does arum no favour to have this dude just decisioning everyone.
